Nice place. Restraurant attached for lung and dinner. Very small place so reservations are needed. Good food there. Complimentary breakfast good. Lots of variety.

We went for the Baseball Hall of Fame induction and couldn't afford to stay in Cooperstown. This was very convienent though. The rooms were nice, and employees pleasant. Would recommend,

This was our first trip from Hawaii to Syracuse and we stayed here for two days. We stopped here to shop at the nearby shopping mall for our college-bound daughter and found that it was conveniently close and easy to find. For the price, this hotel was perfect for our stay, and the breakfast was great with hot and cold food. Quiet, good parking, but no pool. I can see where it is the best location if you are planning for the state fair. There is a friendly convenience store up the road in case you want an extra cup of coffee, bottled water, snacks, etc.

Clean, convenient, comfortable. It is a good hotel

Booking website led me to believe this hotel was in the center of Syracuse, but really it is on the outskirts surrounded by ugly factories, train tracks, and empty fairgrounds. However the hotel was nice and clean on the inside. Everything was fine until we tried to go to sleep and there were several families with young children letting them run constantly up and down the hall on the floor above us at midnight and 1am. We called the front desk several times and they really did nothing to try and help the situation. These same kids were up and running before 7am. The whole reason my husband and I booked this room was to get one precious night away from the noise of our OWN kids, and for that reason it was a complete waste of money. We were very disappointed. However after we complained the corporate office sent us a $35 gift card for a future stay. Next time we will request a "quiet area room" and see if that is better.

Needed a room for a short stay prior to a wedding and Best Western delivered. Room was very clean, reasonably well appointed, and while breakfast was run of the mill, it alleviated the need to stop at McDonalds or similar. Bed was very nice - firm - and linens were in good condition. While a little off the beaten path (seems to be towards the middle of nowhere), unless you are specifically visiting the fairgrounds, it was not so far that it made no sense. Overall good stay and wouldn't hesitate to book another night. Maintains my Best Western brand expectations.

this is a great best western just about walking distance from the nys fair grounds, would highly recommend this hotel

Nice rooms, clean, fresh linen, large tv, beautiful bathroom, very clean. Very nice staff; friendly and helpful.

My family travels to syracuse at least once a year to visit family. This was our first time at the best western inn at the fairgrounds. It was a very good experience. Free breakfast, nice staff and very clean. This will be our choice on the next visit.

Room was excellent and clean. Good free continental breakfast. Easy on and off from NY Thruway during traveling.

The hotel was recently renovated; very clean, room is spacious, very good price. We loved our stay

Check in was very quick. Our room was on the second floor and very clean. The easy chair they used to have in the room wasn't there, but other than that we were very pleased. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to the New York State Fair and the hotel had a shuttle service, which was very convenient and easy to use. I would definitely stay next year at the same hotel.

We had a wonderful stay, Very quiet Staff for the most part was very pleasant. We will do it again next year(just wish they had a pool)

Room was large, clean & comfortable - Staff very pleasant. Restaurant service was great and food good.

very nice hotel excellent staff very helpful and accomadating

Running toilet had them work on itq still kept running all night

a rude manager accused us of bringing a dog in to the hotel, and had the nerve to shine a flashlight in to my vehicle to see if the dog was there. She's forttunate I didn't call the police to report someone trying to steal a show dog. Ruined the experience. Breakfast was ordinary -old cereal with crumbs at the bottom of the container. Rooms are very large, extremely clean, comfortable beds.

At first it was not so good. Room was suppose to be non-smoking. The bar had no one attending it . Once we informed the front desk of the smell in the room we were placed in a much better room. Once the bar tender came we were treated quickly and tastefully. We ate at the restaurant, one of the appetizers was overly salted. But that was taken away and off our bill. The rest of the meal and the cocktails were very well made. Overall the customer service was great. We will be coming back.

Breakfast was poor. At 9am on a Saturday, bins we empty, no eggs or breakffast meats, orange juice was empty. no butter for toast or waffles. Syrup was watered down. Waffles then tasted like water, no flavor. When approached desk regarding assistance we were told to wait 5 minutes. after 10 minutes other hotel guest asked same questions and were told 5 minutes. Very disappointed. Probably would not stay there again. Holet out in the middle of no where. Among factories.

We arrived late in the evening, after 11 pm, the staff was present, awake, and helpful showing me the back door so I could access the room quickly with my children. The room was very spacious, shockingly so, and fit my small family. For the price and the space this room was close to perfect. The free breakfast only helped, the free internet was also nice. Only takeaway if any was the lack of choice at breakfast. The staff even had a wine opener! Great experience!
