Comfort Inn Carrier Circle

The staff was very accommodating, even changing the room style on check-in for me. However, the TV in the room would not work at all and the lighting was starkly fluorescent, which I hate. The elevator doors would not close properly which was a little disconcerting. I didn't spend much time there so I made do but I'll look elsewhere next time I'm in the area.

Great breakfast and comfortable rooms! Very friendly staff

I have stayed in comforts before and never an issue. This particular place the elevators only worked sometime. The bed was hard, the pillows were uncomfortable. There were no sun shades to prevent sun in. The continental breakfast was awful, the eggs had water in them, the ham not sure what happened. The coffee was awful. Why did this go downhill? We have stayed before and no past issues. The air conditioner did not work we got back so late we just decided to leave it alone as th hotel was booked and no other hotels were available. I felt I could have used my orbucks better than here. Not a happy consumer.

Hotel is clean and affordable. Staff are courteous and helpful Hotel was able to accommodate our dog.

The hotel is in a central location which gives you quick access to dinning, Destiny Mall and University of Syracuse. It does appear that the hotel is doing upgrades, but there is more to be done. The breakfast provided is average (stay away from the fruit, poor quality). You may also find that you room may not be cleaned during your stay. Overall if you are looking for somewhere fairly comfortable for a short stay then this hotel will do.

Good value for the money, I would definately stay here again

The price was right. The hotel was clean. The floor we stayed on (4th) was newly remodeled . Nothing fancy but very adequate. Had a refrigerator but no microwave. Mattress should be replaced, it was rather old. Front desk personal very nice and helpful.

I was here for a local bike race and the location was pretty convenient to the race sites. This place did the job for my needs: simple, clean and no frills.

odd location with no where to walk to but conveniently located off of nys thruway. breakfast was very limited. clean and friendly staff. you will need to drive or take a taxi for dining and entertainment. we went to the Su bball game so fine for that purpose but i prefer to have the action in walking distance.

This is the second time staying at this particular Comfort Inn and have found it nice. Only negative was that I stayed two nights and the staff did not come in to clean the room after the first night as is the norm at most every hotel I've ever stayed at. I did not notify the management, but it was a bit odd. Breakfast is ok, room is pleasant enough. Based on two stays approximately same time of year and on a weekend, this hotel gets a lot of sports teams staying... saw the most rollaway beds in the hall in the morning I've ever seen. Not a problem, just an observation. Nice lobby area... staff stayed on top of restocking breakfast items (even with the horde of teenagers there!! who were all well-behaved mind you :) ) We stayed on the second floor and took the stairs most of the time. There was a strange smell in (only) the stairway of fuel oil. No idea why, but it was odd... it was NOT anywhere else in the hotel. Overall, a recommended reasonably priced hotel in that area, convenient off of I90 and not far from I690.

room could have been cleaner, but staff were all pleasant and amenable. requests were handled promptly. food was okay, but more variety day to day wouldn't hurt. beds very comfortable, and location great.

The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean. The one window in the room was covered in a dirty glaze and the window leaked to the point of puddles on the sill. The room was the last one at the end of the hall and there was no alternative entrance so we had to walk very far. It served its purpose as we were not there to enjoy the room but will not stay in this hotel, behind a McDonalds in a very industrial area.

Location is central to several highways. Hotel is clean but mattresses are terrible. Good breakfast.

My family of four stayed here to enjoy the Destiny USA Mall and the zoo. We were pleased with the cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff and excellent breakfast. We would most definitely make this our choice again when staying over in Syracuse.

Nice hotel, big size rooms, nice and clean, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

There were free continental breakfast which is always a plus. The rooms were nice but maybe needed better cleaning. Overall, it was affordable and comfortable.

It's a place to sleep and that's about it. No pool...it was dusty and there was a cigarette burn on the comforter of my non-smoking room. It's really nothing special, but will serve its purpose as a safe place to sleep.

very warm and helpfull at the reception desk, both at arrival and departure.

The night clerk was a bit surly when we checked in, but overall a good value stay.

It was clean and quiet, but the location was poor and their breakfast food was poor quality and the milk was spoiled.
