This property is beautifully maintained and my room was kept absolutely spotless. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The perfect spot for my stay, 8 minutes from both the airport and Crouse Medical Center. It’s definitely a winner for those who want clean, affordable lodgings and don’t mind a plain white shower curtain .

Poor customer service. I have stayed 5 days 4 nights there recently. The first morning I went to lobby, tried to have breakfast. But I only saw little muffins on the table. So I went to ask receptionist that is there any other things for breakfast? She just abruptly and rudely answered me that ONLY muffins without further explanation. So I assumed their breakfast is only muffins, and never attended their breakfast again. But at the last day when I was checking out, I found out that they actually have bagels, fruit..... for breakfast. Why the staff lied to me? House keeping was also poor service, too. They didn't answer your request right away. For example, one morning around 10:35 am, we told house keeping that no room cleaning or make bed needed, just give us new towels and empty trash. But we waited and waited. After sent out numerous reminders, an angry cleaning lady finally showed up at our door at 1:15pm. She reluctantly picked up our trash and gave us some new towels but not a full set. She said she would find the missing towels for us but she never returned. We gave up. Bad bad experiences.
Dont be deceived by the name Wyndham. It is way below the standard. Regretted to pay.

There were nicer options around this property that would have been worth a few extra bucks. The property was dingy and outdated.

We were there less then 10 minutes. Opened a drawer and several cockroaches were found hiding in the drawer. This hotel has become low income housing and not a full fledged hotel. Now the lady did offer to give me a new room initially then did give a full refund after I said I was leaving.
The front check-in person was unfriendly and the room had used soap, shampoo, etc. In addition, there were crumbs and garbage in the garbage can. We promptly moved rooms, but this is unacceptable.
Nearby food options that were walkable.
