It was a great stay. Everyone was very helpful and happy. Kudos to the team and Management for one of the best stays in a hotel that we’ve experienced in years.

This property was very nice, but we arrived at 11:15pm after an exhausting trip only to find the reservation desk empty. We searched the first floor looking for an employee to no avail. After 30 minutes, the front desk person entered from the outside and had apparently been walking around the building. Not happy about the 30 minute wait to check in!

At check in we were informed that there would be a $4 plus charge added to our card for “hotel maintenance”. I disputed that charge at checkout and it was removed. What a sneaky way of getting even More Money! This was a poor example of a Hampton Inn.
