We stayed here for the nyway wrestling tournament, the pool area kept the kids busy at night. The pool area also has a hot tub. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. The beds are a bit unconfortable and need to be updated, you can feel the springs.
Staff was accommodating, respectful & friendly. Eating area was clean and spacious with great seating options. I didn't like the pool time frame monitoring at first but I appreciate it now considering a bunch of factors. Property had many visitors so surprisingly quiet. The only complaint I have is the quality of the breakfast. Specifically the eggs and juice. Eggs were disgusting, I know all of not most eggs anywhere are processed but these eggs .. was something more then that and just terrible. The juice was either .. concentrated or .. idk low calorie. The apple juice was .. just about tasteless and water downed , the or any juice was sour and Strong, left a bad taste on my tongue. They had many different options for food though so that was a huge plus ! Quite a few different cereals, bagels , fruit, waffles , sausage, home fries (absolutely delicious) & More.
Hot water was not wirking all night ,till 830am , rented thr jucuzzi suite didn't get to use all night because no hot water .
Location was great. Near everything. Room was nice but I had to rearrange the furniture a bit. Another chair would have been nice especially if I was traveling with someone else.
Friendly staff clean and I felt safe. I enjoyed my stay.
The amenities like the gym and spa areas where spectacular, the suite was great from the furniture to the bed where outstanding with some tiny things being worn out from use but that’s to be expected. The noise level from people in the hallway was so loud it woke me several times and lasted until early morning, I think they where having a party and hope they all had fun.
Very nice, employees nice. Not the cleanest bathrooms. Hair on floor, to be fair, hair grosses me out.
Spots or stains on bedspread, bathroom was not properly cleaned prior to us. Bobby pin and Q-tip on floor. Other then that, property clean and quiet.
This Hampton Inn is our benchmark. They even thought of putting three hooks on the bathroom wall. We used them to determine ownership of used towels during our stay. The bathtub had a permanent non-slip surface, unlike our previous lodgings. Our hot breakfast included make-your-own full sized waffles. We avoided the scrambled eggs which appeared be powdered. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and met all our needs. Add an attentive staff and you have nearly a 5.0 experience!
I enjoyed the service. The breakfast was a little smaller then expected. Overall great stay.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We apologize for the issues with the juice. Unfortunately, we try our best to order normal juice as always but has been out of stock and we are between brands with that happening. Otherwise, we are happy to see you had a great stay.
