Great place to stay close to everything and pricenice and clean

Rude man waiting on customer before us. Speaking another language on phone with someone and swipes her bank card twice. She is calling her bank. So bad!!! I prepaid through Orbitz he could not find it. I had my itinerary. Finally a manager came. Computer down. Room was gross. Especially floors. Bathroom floor had black hair all over it. We don’t have black hair. Very, very loud. But left by 3:45am for flight. I wouldn’t suggest it.

When we got there it smelled and there was a man sitting on a couch with no shoes or socks on, doing something on a computer. When we went to the room, the hallway smelled too. Just found it very offensive. So we didn't even stay there but still paid for it which is very disappointing.

Left the door open for 30 minutes but it only helped a little. We could smell it when we got into a light sleep. We arrived at 3am, so we stayed anyway.

We knew it was not a 4 stars hotel but a minimum is expected!!! The place is disgusting...clearly they don't do the cleaning very often. There was food in the microwave and the furniture was greesy. Furthermore, the staffs are not courteous at all!!!

We spent one night in the hotel and when I woke in the morning, my husband asked what happened to my arm. It had a long line of bumps from my finger to my elbow. I had no clue. Within 4 hours, I had bumps all over my feet, arms, legs, face, etc. I called my doctor fearing it was an allergic reaction to something. It wasn't! 2 doctors later, I am told they are bed bug bites. I have had to have my house and car checked costing me over $300. Trust me, it is just not worth it!

There was dust on all surfaces including the coffee maker and there were piles of dust under the headboards apparently they had recently been attached to the wall but the pile of dust had not been vacuumed just left on the floorl

Only there for one night--clean room, chosen for price and convenience of airport.

This is a great place to stay before a flight out of Syracuse. Great breakfast free...free shuttles...and free parking for up to a week while you are gone! Great staff too. Not real fancy but adequate for a night.

The staff was bad. The room was not clean. Did not get the room that I requested.

Hotel was a good location, easy to get on to interstate, close to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean, and staff were helpful.

This hotel wasn't exactly the greatest place to stay.

I attended my grandson christening.

Great location and not too far from Syracuse University. Plenty of eateries around also.

We were a little disappointed that they would not accept any reductions for AARP, AAA, or the fact that we are senior citizens.

The Econo Lodge & Suites was comfortable and it was a good size room. Lots of cable channels to choose from. It was very close to the airport and the hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the airport. It's next door to a car rental company as well as a Denny's restaurant.

This hotel was one of only a few left available for graduation weekend. It was decent for the money and considering it was the last available, but nothing to write home about.
