I stay at all types of hotels/inns for business. I travel so often I try to keep costs down. For the price, this is a perfect little gem. The exterior is a little rough but, the interior is nice and clean. For a little over $50/night, what more can you ask for than a clean room? Shower and water worked fine. The internet service was good and better quality than expected based off of another review. Also, this is a family owned business living the American dream. I highly recommend staying here if you want a clean, comfortable, and affordable place.

Clean, large room. Only complaint was the dysfunctional WiFi.

Rooms looked nicer than on website, check in was easy, room was clean. Desk clerk said they had just been redone with new carpet a month or so ago. Very good value for the price. The location looks eh, but it seemed safe. Walkable across the main road are two sit down restaurants and a buffet along with a dollar tree.

Decent cheap motel next to airport. I would stain here again.

The room was clean and spacious. The AC worked great and parking was close. It was short minutes to the airport. The flat screen TV was nice and the bathroom had all the towels and toiletries. Staff was nice when I locked myself out of my room. Altogether a good deal for a pre-flight night!

Very close to airport, rooms are sound proofed so you do not hear any of the planes. The staff are wonderful and allowed us to check out late so we could go to church on Sunday. Could not have asked for a better experience.

short and okay nothing fantasy or beautiful about it. but convenient location nice staff relatively clean basic place

Staff was very friendly... got what you pay for. Was expecting less but was surprised. Met out needs.

it was depressing but the air conditioning what's well and they have two sinks in the room but the bed wasn't comfortable

I checked in late and left early on business. Check-in was quick, with no hassles. The room was reasonably clean, and the heat and hot water worked. Towels, linens and pillows don't exactly scream "luxury". Old school metal keys and locks. The place is well lit outside and closer to the exit than it looks. It's a crazy intersection but a great location. Continental breakfast is not really breakfast, like at some other budget hotels. It's coffee, juice and some boxed donuts. Overall, adequate. What I expected for the price.

The Red Carpet is very convenient to the highway so travel to Syracuse U. is very quick. The place is dated but the reception person was very nice and informative. The room was clean and really good for the money. probably one of the better "cheap" motels I've been in.

The hotel has been renovated and was very comfortable. The location was great, close to shopping, family and restaurants. It had all we needed except a coffee pot.

Room was clean, but old.Ceiling needed work! Average place. One staff member day I was due to check out called my room--"You're due out in 10 minutes, Just wanted to let you know." No pleasantries. Just "out." I had stayed for 4 nights. Whatever. Female staff upon check-in, evening, was nice. In a weird one way area, you have to go past the hotel to get into it.

Hotel is near to Airport. There was no iron and coffee maker in the room. Free WiFi was only 5GB data free/night, means you can use only for 5 to 10 minutes. There was one common iron for all hotel in laundry room and iron was as dirty as you imagine and laundry room where you will go and wish to never come in this hotel again. In nut Shell you can stay once in your life in this hotel and then will never choose this hotel in future.

there's really not a lot of specialness about this hotel but it;s clean, cheap and located close to lots of shopping. We stay here whenever we come to Syracuse because of all of the above. it's a good deal.

Only one night but it met my expectations for a 2 star place. The staff was pleasant and helpful - the room had more space than average and was clean - nice walk-in shower - good TV. The breakfast was basically coffee and donuts. One oddity was that I booked as a single and had to sign a statement that there would be no one else in the room.

Staff was good, location was great , over all a good stay.

Huge room. Sheets were clean. Room was clean. Furniture was worn but clean. New hgtv on wall. We were 10 rooms down from the main office and wifi signal was week. I moved halfway closer to the office in the hallway and had no problem, plenty of chairs to sit. Then later wifi was fine in the room. Included doughnuts and fruit for breakfast. I will stay again. Why pay more than you have to at other hotels? Also, convenient off of 90 or 81.

We arrived at the hotel expecting it to be a '70's" type motel. We weren't disappointed. Having read many reviews, we did expect it to be a little more upscale than it was. We had a non-smoking room but we could smell smoke in the hallway and a faint smell of smoke in the room. Let me hurry to say, the room was clean and the bathroom well stocked. Unfortunately, the maid didn't leave washcloths and drinking glases one day and we had to ask for them. On our last day there, we noticed that the shower and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Since we checked out at 4:30 AM, there was no one to tell. When you get right down to it, we probably got what we paid for. We were looking for "cheap" and we found it.

We were in Syracuse to bowl in the womens nationals. the hotel was a stop over because of the weekend and nothing being available. Bed was a little hard, nice bathroom, a little weery of the sliding door not having a protection piece for locking.
