Staff were very nice. Complimentary breakfast was kinda lame. They were out of most of the food/juice. And the bread/muffins kinda tasted old. Other than that the room was nice, pool was nice and the staff were nice.

I couldn’t get wifi to work for nothing. Tried calling front desk,phone didn’t work,went to front desk and rang the bell/stood there for 15 minutes no one came. Breakfast was awful. The heater was so loud I couldn’t sleep at all. Room was fine.

We paid for three people and never got enough towels. There were no towels at the pool. Lots of unaccompanied minors at pool. Lots of food out of stock at breakfast. Not very well-done. We will unlikely return.

There were some stains on the sheets and blankets and there were no extra linens for the pull out couch. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash hands after using the toilet.
