Staff polite but room not clean. Sheets did not appear to have been changed two bugs on wall.

It was run down and the floors were wet. Too late and tired to bother with calling anyone.

The property is beat down and it is in need of renovation.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting,The first room they put us in reaked of cat pee and cigarette smoke.We got moved to an another room that had burn holes in the blankets and stains all over the carpet...Stay Away!!

Well could have had a earlier check in. Also when checking in. The card was declined. I told the front. My room is paid for already. And wondering what was going on? Then it finally went through.

It was quiet. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Lets see where can i start. 1. Felt unsafe in this area and did not this ahead of time. Not familiar with the area and with no indication that area was not safe. 2. Called front desk in regards to loud music and dancing a few doors down from us, the said they would call down to their room to tone it down, but continued onto early hours of the night 3:00 am. 3. Sink blocked up 4. Mattresses uncomfortable 5. Hole side of tub 6. Totally overcharged for this room. 7. Went to complain to front desk and wad told to call the boss to work put reduction of room rate. 8. I will not use orbitz again and will not stay at another KNIGHTS INN EVER!!!!! I will be pursuing a refund.......

This is across from Holiday Inn for about 1/3 to 1/2 the price. It is a simple room WITH mini frig, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board. Something many rooms don't have anymore. Clean area for parking. Simple rooms with a good price.

Very bad service at check in! Was charged by Orbitz and had all my confirmation information on hand but motel clerk "Dawn" was insistent that I never paid yet and was charged again by her! Upon checking my account account after I got in the room I saw I was truly charged twice! I went back to explain this to her and she all but called me a liar and said payments don't get charged until after your stay! Luckily Orbitz was good about refunding my money with them. But I didn't appreciate having to be on my phone for over an hour trying to figure out how to resolve her mistake! Ive stayed at this motel many times in the past and never had this problem. I probably won't ever again return because of the way I was treated!

Very nice staff. Room met my needs perfectly. Not far from airport.

Stained towels and blankets. Three spots on ceiling had water damage. Wallpaper was comin off. Dead bugs in room. Lumpy bed. Stained pillow case and hair under blankets.

Nice hotel, room was decent and was close to where we needed to be. Staff friendly and helpful.
