Room was clean. Nice mattress. When we entered room AC not working. In 15-20 minutes maintenance arrived to reset AC and it was fine. Friendly staff.

Painfully uncomfortable mattress with thin sheets and blankets. Noisiest AC unit ever. Staff were very nice and professional. Could be a great place with some needed upgrades.

Front desk was great but the bathroom was a little grimy. There was build up around the shower and the floor that could use a good scrubbing. Beds were comfortable. When we took the shuttle to the mall for the State Fair an employee rode with us - along with her four cans of beer in her lap. She seemed to be intoxicated already.

Over all convenient hotel. Close to many area attractions. Rooms very clean. One drawback was that there was no mini fridge in the room. Have stayed in Holiday express before and was surprised not to see one here.

Stay was great. Staff was very helpful and room was clean

The staff was really nice and accomodating. The room wad nice and clean. I could not have asked for anythingbetter.

Overall this hotel is nice, but it is not a non-smoking hotel. The 3rd floor is a smoking floor. I stayed on the 2nd floor and at 9:00 p.m. cigarette smoke started coming in through the bathroom vent. I turned on the fan and closed the door to the bathroom which took care of the problem. I turned the fan off at 11:30 p.m. but again woke to the smell of cigarette smoke at 5:00 a.m. I turned the fan back on until I checked out. I was told by a staff member that the hotel is going smoke free by the end of the year.

The staff was very Pleasant and the airport shuttle was a great amenity!

bad housekeeping my used towels were picked off floor and hung up for me to use agian!

this place was awful. The beds were lumpy with soft pillows. I woke up with a stiff neck and very little sleep. The shower dripped. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom and the front desk was s.l.o.w. We had a non-smoking room; yet the elevator and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, close to airport, slightly uncomfortable beds, great deal.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is a little small and would have been nice if there was a spa.

I wanted to work on the computer in my room, but could not get on wireless most of the time and ethernet intermittent. After numerous phone calls to the front desk and time warner cable, i just gave up and left to to go the airport and work there. And arriving four hours early at the airport just to work is the most ridiculous thing I can imagine for me as a business traveler. Unbelievable in this day and age I can't work on the internet in my hotel room in a chain like Holiday Inn Express. And it wasn't just my computer, because I had a mac and a brand new pc and neither of them worked. Lots of promises about getting connected, but no deliveries. Wasted a lot of time I could have been working.

Right by the airport and the interstate. Just under 2 hours away from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, but a beautiful drive to get there.

After reading other reviews, I expected the staff to be unprofessional and unhelpful, but when I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful employees. They were very professional and made my stay very easy. Also, the room was very clean.

We ended up having to pay an extra $25 cash to the night clerk for the park and ride because when we booked they didn't tell us there was a charge to leave our car and get a ride to the airport by shuttle. I had called the day before to check this out and was told yes they had a shuttle and I could leave my car. No mention of the extra charge.

The bathrooms were dirty Hair all over the floor and in the shower. After speeking with the front desk to notify them the woman said she would see. I again whent to the front desk add spoke to the same woman again and she said they didn't feel it was an issue and managment would not do anything for me .I asked to talk to a manager and she LIED and said no one was on the property(on a sunday).Only after another guest came to complain about there being changed 4 time to different rooms because of Toilet issues did Managment appear.

This is a perfectly OK hotel. One warning: if you take a cab from the airport to the hotel, be prepared to pay $14.40 for a two-minute trip.

THIS HOTEL WAS IN A VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR US TO STAY. WE WERE IN TOWN FOR A FUNERAL FOR A FAMILY MEMBER IN NORTH SYRACUSE SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO DRIVE TOO FAR TO BE WHERE WE NEEDED TO BE. HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ROOMS WERE CLEAN. BEDS WERE VERY COMFY. LIKED THE DISTANCE FROM THE AIRPORT ALSO.
