Always lovely. Great staff. Clean, comfy rooms. They will make sure we are not too far from one of the entrances--we are mobility-impaired. Definitely our fave in Syracuse area!

It was decent for the 6 hours we spent there while passing through, but definitely needs some work. The bathroom door was broken as was the extra lock to the room door. It also had a funky smell.
