Just needed a short stay to take an early flight. Very accommodating and convenient

On line it shows Microwave fridge, but there is none in the room. They have puta broken & Dirty -Filthy Microwave in the Coffee area for public use. Please do not stay there.

This Hotel was horrible! It stunk of stale tar and nicotine from the moment you walked in. The room was awful. The sink was cracked and the floor was peeling up in the bathroom. The TV was from the 1970’s tiny on top of a closet. There weren’t enough towels 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth for 2 people. The smell in the room was awful again stale tar and Nicotine. The rug looked disgusting. The curtains were dirty . We actually go there after 8 and we’re out yhe door by 6am. Will not use Orbitz ever again. They classified this as a a 4.5 hotel.

Black mold on the window frame. All rooms had been smoked in and had cigarette burns. Hallway reeks of mildew and smoke. Carpets stained, ripped and worn through. Curtains ripped from channel. Mattress completely uneven, with springs showing. Walls scratched and pitted, furnishings damaged and delaminating. No airport shuttle, no elevator, no luggage assistance, slow to no wifi service. Tube tv set inoperable.

The price was right and it was comfortable, served the purpose

This is lower than the worst hotel you can imagine. Non-smoking room is just very smoky. Window doesn't shut. AC smells like urine. They don't clean the room unless you ask them several times. Hotel employees are nasty and complain even you ask for towels/soaps. They give out the vacant rooms for homeless or criminals for lower rate after midnight. So lots of homeless people come by and make noise in the middle of night. Hallway smells like dirty public restroom. Pay $10 more and stay at ANY hotel other than this.

It was clean,but the property could use some tlc. The staff was okay, but not real friendly.

A more friendly front desk staff will be good. The staff communication abilities were limited and we met a pretty bend over senior citizen cleaning rooms, I just wonder how comfortable he felt. Good

I’ve been here for about a month now. It’s cheap and clean enough to get me through. My major issue is the staff. They are rude. I’m definitely making it my business to somehow contact the own, because this facility lacks customer services skills. Now the gentleman that works at the liquor store on Geddes should manage this place and not the current representatives.

Toilet clogged phone didn’t work. Dirty they don’t clean very well. Appliance are outdated and mattress was nasty

Tv was outdated. The room was very small, half the size of any other motel room.

Simply the worse hotel ive been and i travel on a weekly basis. Rude staff when i checked in super arogant agent. Kept checking one and my gf getting in and out of room as well blocked my access key 3x the 2 nights we were there so that i could go to desk and get it reset every time . when i asked for 2 towels i was told no by housekeeper that laughed at me and told that one was enough. 1st floor smelled like weed and cigs AC on unit 156 barely works and extremely loud. My list goes on I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

The property was clean. The room was clean. There was no refrigerator and a microwave. A good cheap place to stay you get what you pay for.

Calling the hotel for pre-check-in was a nightmare. I was put on hold twice, 1st for 5 minutes while I listened to a guest going off on front desk man about horrible service 2nd time for a minute only to be told to call back later & hung up on. I called the morning of my scheduled stay to say that I would not be arriving until around 3am, just to keep my room. Front desk called me at 3:15am to ask where I was. Room was clean enough, but no fridge or microwave, no coffee maker, no.....well it had a bed & bathroom.

Smelled funny no elevators they take a 40 dollar deposit and hold it 5 days after you check out so be aware
