A more friendly front desk staff will be good. The staff communication abilities were limited and we met a pretty bend over senior citizen cleaning rooms, I just wonder how comfortable he felt. Good
I’ve been here for about a month now. It’s cheap and clean enough to get me through. My major issue is the staff. They are rude. I’m definitely making it my business to somehow contact the own, because this facility lacks customer services skills. Now the gentleman that works at the liquor store on Geddes should manage this place and not the current representatives.
Toilet clogged phone didn’t work. Dirty they don’t clean very well. Appliance are outdated and mattress was nasty

Simply the worse hotel ive been and i travel on a weekly basis. Rude staff when i checked in super arogant agent. Kept checking one and my gf getting in and out of room as well blocked my access key 3x the 2 nights we were there so that i could go to desk and get it reset every time . when i asked for 2 towels i was told no by housekeeper that laughed at me and told that one was enough. 1st floor smelled like weed and cigs AC on unit 156 barely works and extremely loud. My list goes on I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Calling the hotel for pre-check-in was a nightmare. I was put on hold twice, 1st for 5 minutes while I listened to a guest going off on front desk man about horrible service 2nd time for a minute only to be told to call back later & hung up on. I called the morning of my scheduled stay to say that I would not be arriving until around 3am, just to keep my room. Front desk called me at 3:15am to ask where I was. Room was clean enough, but no fridge or microwave, no coffee maker, no.....well it had a bed & bathroom.
Smelled funny no elevators they take a 40 dollar deposit and hold it 5 days after you check out so be aware
Did not like a single thing... Go someplace else. Pillows stained, hair in the sheets, bugs in the room which later found out are called silverfish. Cobwebs on the ceiling that no one cleans. Things are falling apart and old. Terrible bed.. Totally is not a queen bed. Would of addressed this to the staff but no one spoke enlgish well at all. When I checked out the desk person couldn't understand when I said I was checking out of room 115.. Kept saying "150, 169, 130" 😑 Just go somewhere else!
The property served breakfast. Cigarette smoke could be smelled strongly.
Quiet, but no room amenities (no fridge or microwave) Nothing but bagels and OJ left for breakfast.
Horrible staff. I had a friend visit me and the guy who was working the desk came and knocked on my door to ask me how many people are in my room. I paid for 2 because I knew my friend was going to come visit me. The guy harrassed me about it and told me that I need to pay more or get out. I decided to leave. Horrible staff.
