I think overall the property was nice. There were a few issues. I guess when we booked it, we had no idea that this was like a motel type of situation or anybody could access your door from the outside. This was not expected at all. The only other issues is that the Wi-Fi was very weak in the bedroom. If you don’t mind more of a motel fuel versus an all enclosed space, this might not be the place for you. That being said, the staff was nice and the breakfast was decent.

Easy on and off highway. Mostly clean. Rooms not ready at check-in time, but with a later check-out and earlier check-in time, they seem to have set themselves up to disappoint customers. Due to rush to clean rooms, many tabletops in our room were visibly not cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was okay. Very confortable sleep in comfy beds and quiet room.

When traveling with family a hotel like Residence Inn is exactly what we like. There is plenty of room and the 2 room suites are excellent. Will be staying here when in the area again!

The Hotel desk clerk had me tap my card twice charged me $170 for the room at check in than caught her mistake seen my room was paid for already and said I have to wait for an manager to be reimbursed plus $20 for damage so I have to wait for my money to go back on my card but overall besides that I enjoyed my Thanksgiving with my family and friends. This has nothing to do with Hotels. Com, this is a Residence Inn (Marriott Hotel) mistake

This residence inn is in need of some major tlc. The rooms are really showing their age, plus the cleanliness of our room was lackluster for a Marriott brand. We didn’t have towels in our room, despite calling front desk twice (hotel I set up townhouse style) we didn’t receive any and dried off using hand towels. The breakfast was just alright. For the price we paid, we will try other hotels before returning.
