I did not explain that I was handicapped and my room was the furthest from the elevator. Pulling and pushing my luggage was very difficult for me.

I liked how quick & easy it was from the Thruway, I loved that it was a suite as my husband & I have different sleep schedules, the staff was wonderful at letting us come in a night early, and the kitchen staff did an awesome job maintaining the breakfast bar even after getting slammed on Sunday.

Older property, definitely in need of an update. Not the cleanest hotel but not the worst either. Staff was friendly. My room looked like it was very old and only lightly cleaned since last stay. Price was reasonable.

The room was spacious.

Nice help clean rooms

Very classy.

I liked everything about it

Really friendly staff

The property was overall clean. The staff was not friendly. The free breakfast was stale. My room was very comfortable and spotless. I wouldnt give a full recommendation. Its a half decent reservation

Non smoking room smelled like smoke

It was overall comforting

Close to the airport

Booked at two bedroom suite. Paid extra for the suite. There was 7 of us. Arrived at 255p for checking, ( 3pm was check in) our suite hasnt ready. Not a huge deal. The kids were able to get changed in the restrooms and get into the pool. The reason for the terrible review. The website clearly stated a hot breakfast buffet of eggs, bacon, fruits and pastries. This why i chose there. Having a hot breakfast from the hotel justifies paying the extra for the suite. My group goes to breakfast at 910a and there is literally two frozen bagels, 2 very ripened bananas and 6 little milks. I ask the gentleman where everything was. He hands me a tray of grap and go cereals to bring out to the corner as if i am helping him stock the breakfast bar. He proceeds to tell me the "covid breakfast sandwiches are all gone and they arent stocking anymore. I reach out to the manager. She tells me too bad in some many words. She said there is " a sign on the breakfast bar" I emphasized to her that the covid pandemic has been deemed over by the governor of ny and that their own website clearly states a hot breakfast buffet served daily of eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, waffles and fresh pastries. If i would have known it was a "a grab and go covid breakfast " of frozen bagels and cold cereal i would have stayed elsewhere becasue the hotel is just average. I travel for work so i know many other chains have being serving their hot breakfast again for awhile now. Some many other options in Syracuse

It’s was ok.. to many residents living there and everything was dusty and run down m I stayed five days after dusty everything including dressers and racks stove fridge
