The staff was extremely and exceptionally helpful. They helped us with everything we needed. The room and facilities were exceptionally clean and the breakfast was adequate.

The hotel receptionist was clueless . Period . She was uninformed as to where the room was , the amount that would be charged to my card , and the general basic information on the stay. The room , while it was changed to her credit . had a broken television set . While the room was adequately clean , I genera sense of not being able to be confident that the hotel receptionist could manage issues made the stay subpar .

I tried this hotel for the first time. Disappointing - it was advertised online with shuttle service, but upon arrival at the airport, was informed I needed to get a cab - which was paid for by the hotel upon further inquiry, but they did not arrange it. Pick up for transport back to the airport the next morning was 15 minutes late. Housekeeping fell short on preparing the room - for a 2-bed room, there was only 1 washcloth, 1 coffee cup, 1 regular coffee packet, and a used coffee packet was left in the machine. A used bar of soap was left in the shower, the bathroom only had 1 light working, the shower curtain rack was positioned so that the shower curtain would not stay extended and so water leaked onto the floor.

Nothing was unique. When we arrived (8PM) we were given a room that wasn’t even cleaned from previous guests. Dirty towels, unmade bed etc. when I went to the front desk no one was there. Someone in the lobby came over and said let me help. He banged on the wall and someone finally came out. When I explained what happened the reply was oh sorry. We finally got a “clean “ room. We stayed 5 nights. Each night when we got back to the room there was some other staple missing. The last evening there were no more bath towels, face clothes, bath mats or shampoos. The same shred of paper that was on the middle the night we checked in was still there. No complaints were acted on. When asked for towels etc was told they didn’t have anymore and the evening shift didn’t know how to use the washer and dryer. No apology just that was why. While I did feel safe that was the only positive I can find about this hotel. Will never stay there again and will stay at any comfort property only if there is no other within 20 miles.
Great price for an overnight with 4 kids. Clean and staff was friendly.
the staff was cheerful and accommodating when we asked to switch rooms because our TV didn't work. Their shuttle service to the airport is exceptional. They have some great deals for parking cars in their lot when using their shuttle service, even if you don't stay at the hotel.
The hotel is pretty quiet. It is secluded away from all of the hustle and bustle of most cities. Follow GPS directions and you will arrive correctly. It is just North of Syracuse. Variety of items on the breakfast menu. Room could have been a bit cleaner. There was a used shampoo in the room. And the floor needed some more vacuum.
Older renovated hotel with a very small pool. Room was clean but the closet smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
The employees were fantastic! My sons wedding reception was at your hotel and everything was perfect! I will definitely stay at your hotel again.

All was well initially. Room was spacious, staff was accommodating during check-in. Until we saw a bed bug on the bed at 1230am. My friends and I jumped out of bed, packed up and made arrangements to move to another hotel. Called the staff, and they offered another room, but who would stay in a hotel with bed bugs? We were told to call the next morning to speak to a manager on duty about a refund. The next morning I called and was told that the manager was not on site. She had been informed of the bed bug situation but made no attempts to reach out to us to address this. I sent them pictures of the bed bug, and all they could say was that it's not a bed bug. FYI, the Holiday Inn Express next door was clean, lovely, and very accommodating. Thankfully, Orbitz was very accommodating. I made the complaint with them and they fully refunded me the cost of the stay within minutes. Thank you Orbitz!
Never changed light bulb in bathroom. Towel hook missing on bathroom door and not replaced. Room cleaned after second night and I had to tell desk clerk.

Our apologies for the issues with your stay. Due to Covid we are still not serving a full breakfast at this time. Our pool has been closed through out Covid and in attempting to open it we found a problem with the pump. We also did have a pipe failure over the weekend of your stay that flooded our first floor and left guests with out water for 2 hours.
