i like this hotel for their clasic fashion decorations and clearness. i booked through expedia and paid off all fees including taxes. when i get my credit card statement few days ago, i found the hotel charged me some money without telling me the reason. I called the property, the front desk staff are nice, they were trying to help me, but it was out of their power. their manager never contacted me, i have to call them few times. finally, I was told that their accountant refused refund my money because it was charged for tax. It seems like the expedia charged me taxes when i booked the hotel and the hotel charged me again without tell me. not happy with that.
