nice facility. good neighborhood. friendly staff. overall good feel.

overall, it is a very nice property, but the walkway is not handicap assessable.

pretty nice hotel and the lady at the front desk was very professional.

This was our 2nd stay at the Craftsman. We love the unique decor and the attached restaurant. There was a lot of noise from the next room and the lobby area at breakfast, and a 2nd trash can is needed in the rooms, but overall it’s a great place to stay.

Very nice hotel with a good location to the local region. On the plus side, easy access, spacious and relaxing lounge are and very friendly staff and service. The rooms are nice easy to get around. On the negative side. The complimentary breakfast is just rolls and coffee. The beds are good if you like firm. I save my worst comment for last. The walls are paper thin with no noise insulation. I thought the guests in the next room were in mine. Every conversation was less than private.

TLDR; The property is amazing but the staff is extremely poorly trained and apathetic. The hotel itself was actually excellent. It had the best wifi I've ever experienced in a hotel. The rooms were clean, the pillows are nice, the television is huge, the property is beautiful, the surroundings are nice, the air conditioning is ice cold. But... the staff was horrible. Untrained would be the best way to put it. Checking in was a poor experience as the front desk agent couldn't be located at first, and then ignored us. We were given incorrect information about the deal that incentivized us to stay here in the first place, and then hassled at checkout as a result. We also asked for late checkout (another advertised perk) and were only begrudgingly accepted; then when it came time to check out, we were hassled half an hour after normal checkout time by housekeeping and told we needed to request a late checkout... clearly no communication between front desk and housekeeping.

The staff were super friendly and nice. However, WiFi could only be accessed by one of us in the room as you had to enter your email address for access. The staff explained to us that you couldn't do more than one email. There were wedding events going on as well as the restaurant and bar were open till midnight. Don't plan on going to sleep before then as it is loud. Our window was near the restaurant and bar. Parking is problematic when they are busy and you may have to walk from the overflow parking lot. Orbitz emailed me telling me I had an $11 VIP credit as this was a VIP hotel. The staff said they did not know of any such promotion and that these hotel booking sites tend to do these things without the hotel's knowledge. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Great hotel, easy check in and rooms always clean.

Loved the unique features of the rooms. Convenient parking. Would have liked better breakfast choices.

Great experience great price great staff....the bar slash grill was also amazing with great prices

I stayed there many years ago and was super impressed. It’s very drab now. Halls are super dark. Rooms are nothing special. A glass broke in my room because of a slanted shelf so I call For housekeeping and was told I would have to wait nobody was there so I walked around in my boots. Restaurant is horrible way overpriced and limited menu. Thank god there was a local pizza shop.

I really liked the facility, room, and breakfast. It was a very nice stay. Wish there was more soundproofing from the guy walking around in his room above us and that the ice machine was working.

Loved sitting by the fire in the lounge in the evening. Quiet and comfortable. Clean and delicious. Nice selection for complimentary breakfast. The incidental fee was helpful for covering extras and staff was accommodating and helpful. Nicely renovated in line with the theme: craftsman.

GREAT BREAKFAST. LARGE T.V.. NICE BATHROOM. GREAT BAR AND LOTS OF THINGS CLOSE BY.
