It was a year to the day of my daughter accident. She can't speak no more. Hearing is going and her sight is now going. It took a lot and i mean a lot of building up her courage to even book a room by herself. For herself. She suffers from ptsd extremely. She went into the hotel alone. Check in. To find herneoom was cancel. They fix it. She wrote to me that she was proud of herself for getting this far. Been long time weve heard her say that. Anyways she needed a credit card to pay the deposit of 50. She dont have a credit card. She even offer a 100 dollar bill. Fyi. She book online woth her debit bank card. She worked her ass off to pay for her room. To have a night alone and on the day off the accident. She said staff member was very polite. My daughter is currently in her room since then. And i havent spoke to her since. Ive tried. They won't even refund her Terrible just terrible. I get you have to follow policy . I get you didn't know here's stori. All the work and the effort she did to beat what she has beaten last year. For all that to be ruined in one afternoon

The staff was nice, the hotel was clean and the room was adequate. We were not made aware that there was a very large group of Hockey tournament families at the hotel. There were signs all over the place asking everyone to observe quiet hours from 9:00 pm so the children could sleep. We were respectful and were staying at the hotel to attend an evening event. We were quiet and returned to our room around 11:30 pm. My problem came in the morning as many many children ran up and down the hallways slamming doors and yelling at each other from 6:30 am on. I would have been fine if an attempt to separate people that were not part of this group and give us a slightly quieter part of the hotel.

Staff always great. The room had a full new roll of toilet paper, and then a roll that only had about 10 sheets left on it. We thought that was a little odd that it didnt have 2 fresh new rolls. The jacuzzi tub also would not drain. The plug was just a flat metal plug, that once pressed down (so the water stays in the jacuzzi and does not drain), left no way for it to be removed/lifted up. Most plugs have a pull tab on the top to lift and raise the drain plug, this had nothing. Besides those minor details, eveeything else was great. We stay here almost on a monthly basic.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable (lots of pillows). The included breakfast was excellent and had pemeal bacon, sausage, eggs(grated cheese was a plus), white and whole wheat bread, bagels, muffins, short bread cookies, yogurt, cereal, 2 types of make your own waffles with a great assortment of toppings, juice, coffee etc. Coffee and tea was provided in the lobby 24 hours as well as lemon water. There is a bar area which is open until 2:00 am (not really a bar but you can purchase alcoholic beverages). We did not use the pool but it looked decent. There was plenty of free parking and the front desk staff were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.
