I didn't like, that I was expected to carry my electric bike , did not want to leave in my car for theft reasons. Had to carry off the stairs 3 flights,and carrying down the hall, without touched floors, at 65 years old, REALLY. Wanted to enjoy coffee in breakfast room and was 6:58 am, still in complete darkness with door locked. Supposed to be open at 7 am, so had to go somewhere else and pay for breakfast.

The breakfast was a very good start to our day. The food options were good. I would like to see environmentally friendly cutlery on offer. The hotel is well located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would certainly stay again.

There was nothing unique about this property, The listing stated Free bike rental, Dining . None was provide.When asked at front desk was told to contact Expedia. Lots of homeless people are the hotel at night. Beds and garbage not attend to daily. No room tidying done for the 3night stay..Not worth the money to stay here.

Good location, great staff, furnishings tired and dated, bathroom fixtures chipped and need attention. Housekeeping does not make up the room daily; if you need trash emptied or fresh towels you leave them in the hall. This was attended to promptly, although making up the room would have been better. Breakfast pretty spartan on weekdays, only hot item was a bit of scrambled egg.

This is a great location when visiting Brantford, everything you could possibly want is close by giving you the option of walking instead of driving. Rooms are comfortable and the complimentary light breakfast is a welcome touch.
