Where is the "Comfort" ??... the customer service?
Unplanned stay. & but what an education!
First of all my "pet friendly" room (I do not have a pet) was inspected for odors that would normally come from this being a regular room for pets. Because it was basically all they would offer me, I agreed. I checked in at the front of the building - the room was at the back. My room card didn't work on the first try so it had to be re-programmed. So as not to have to carry luggage the length of the hotel, I parked outside the main floor room. Since the room card access is not available on the back door it meant walking all the way around the building to come back to the room to open the sliding door to access my car. I went out for some dinner - parked the car for room access however have to walk all the way to the front door and back down the hall to the back of the building for room access. (seriously, card access at the back door, end of the hallway would have been so customer focused and convenient)
The room - the mattress on the bed is so physically worn that you can push the material it is made of down in between the springs to form "holes" in the mattress. Putting a knee down or an elbow to get up is not advised as there is no support 'between the springs'.
There was not even a paper cup to assist with brushing your teeth in the bathroom.
When I checked in I was told the room was over $200. I stood there a booked it online for $134. (still a ridiculous price for what I got) Plus, No power from 9:30pm to 5am
