Good location. Rooms were a little dated and in need of a refresh. No USB outlets in room to charge electronics.
The room is nice & clean. Only stayed for one night. Love that it is connected to the mall & the casino by a bridge so we didn't have to walk outside.
our room had no window well it did but you were looking at a wall we were on the 4th floor. also the bathroom was very tight and not updated not like most other hotels we stay at and the staff were very nice.
Liked the view of horse shoe falls Didn’t like the $100 a day valley charge for parking
Great location, the falls view is worth the upgrade. Friendly staff, convenient parking, close to restaurants.
Basically, I satisfy the facilities and staffs . Free wifi is not completely stable but understood it
Would have been nice if the bathrooms were larger and there was a bar and breakfast on site. But the view of the falls was AMAZING.
The view was beautiful and no need for a rental car if you like to get steps in each day. Skylon Tower, the Casino, restaurants, and other attractions are all within walking distance. The Niagara Falls Welcome Center is right out back - just a quick rail ride down the hill. Morton’s is in the hotel ...
We stayed on a Thursday and there were $1 oysters in the lobby as well as an amazing live band. The room was clean and the bed / pillows were extremely comfortable for a good nights sleep!
