Founded in 1630, Boston is one the United States' oldest cities and is the largest city in Massachusetts. Air travel from Boston originates at Logan International Airport, located in the neighborhood of East Boston. The central parking garage at Logan International Airport offers short-term, long-term, and premium-guaranteed parking and offers convenient access to all the terminals. Parking in the central garage is $27 a day. An economy lot is also available for $18 a day, with free shuttle service to the terminal. Logan Express offers transportation via bus from stations in Braintree, Peabody, Woburn and Framingham. MBTA provides service to the airport on the blue line subway and silver line bus routes. Water shuttles and taxis are also available for a fun ride to the airport from Boston Harbor. Once you've checked in, the terminals at Logan offer dozens of quick or full-service dining options. Wolfgang Puck Gourmet Express offers some of the chef's famous dishes served up quickly. Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks both have locations in all of the terminals, so you can grab a donut and coffee on your way to the departure gate.

Toronto Pearson's Downtown Express bus can get you from the airport to the heart of Toronto at low prices. Toronto boasts the third-largest public transportation system in the world, comprised of a three-rail subway, an elevated light-metro train, and buses, making it an excellent mode of transportation around the city.

Toronto experiences all four seasons, with average high temperatures of 80°F in July, and average low temperatures dropping into the teens in December and January. No matter what time of year you visit Toronto, make sure to bring along a jacket or coat. Temperatures tend to cool off in the evening year-round. If you're coming for the many theater events, winter offers some of the best low fares and hotel rates.

While you're in Toronto, take advantage of a subway ride on the Yonge Line to Eaton Centre in the heart of the city. The Pantages Theatre is a restored historical playhouse that is home to many Broadway shows. The Princess of Wales Theatre was built in the 1990s and is named for Britain's Diana, Princess of Wales.
