Flights Review

Mar 16, 2020

I have travelled alot over the years, I find that it is sad that yoy are required to pay baggage fee for your 1st bag, while the major of travellers are allowed to valet check their bags for free and I am sure the customers are aware of this and use it to their advantage, however; honest customers like myself , pay for the service. This is just my feelings, I understand if you have a second bag, you should pay. Thanks for listening

My only complaint was we waited an hour for takeoff and the seats were extremely tight, very small plane. But I guess that was unexpected for the airline. Overall trip is great!!!😁

Deep appreciation for the way the pilot(s) controlled plane in very windy weather at Toronto airport. Please send a huge thank you to them👍🏽😁😁

I left an item behind on the flight from Victoria to Toronto and the gate attendant went back on the plane to get it. I appreciated her kindness.

Happy that they didn't wake me up to feed me. Very helpful people when I was trying to find a place for my luggage.
