"Very clean. Great staff. Average room. Room service food was edible but not great. We stayed in the "Historic" wing. The room was dated and not in a good way. Also awkwardly designed with a full kitchen but nowhere to sit and eat. The bed sunk slightly toward the middle. The hot tub is in a fluorescent lit room. Some components inside the hot tub were either dirty or rusted - I didn't get close enough to find out. Sauna was hot and cozy. There were two saunas, one each for women and men but my husband and I went into the same one and no one seemed to mind. It was pretty late at night so low traffic. We got a deal on a room at around $250CAD all in, so overall not terrible value. But I'm shocked that they're charging $500+ normally, and would not pay that price. "
