Always love the Fairmont, had room service, they burnt our first meal and remade it( before it go to.our room, we only know as they informed us of the delay) second time around they deliver a cheese pizza vs the vegan cheese pizza were ordered. OMG! This was our first stay and I can recommend this hotel. From the minute you enter the building, the staff are pleasant and very welcoming. The hotel is clean and their own did not disappoint. Our run was facing the CN tower on the upper floors and this meant we had a very good view of university and the front Street West. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night sleep.
