Our stay was very nice, we had a couple of issues that the hotel addressed immediately. One drawback, the lobby gets very busy and crowded due to the bar taking up so much room. It is lovely but makes that whole area feel tight and claustrophobic and rather chaotic.

Our room did not have heat so it was not an enjoyable stay when your room is only 14 degrees. We will call in the morning but by the time someone came to fix it we were ready to leave because we were so cold.
