This was a Christmas gift and a first for my family. I called multiple times to ask for a room on the higher levels to give my boys an extra experience and I was put on the 3rd floor. I called 3 different times and it made no difference. I don’t understand why this couldn’t be accommodated ? Other then that it was a beautiful hotel.
