you have to use 3 elevators to the pool!!!

The hotel was beautiful overlooking the ball field. The restaurant was nice and great food. Room was comfortable and staff was nice and helpful.

Everything exceeded our expectations, we had noisy neighbors next to our room and requested to have the room changed. The request was met immediately without question. Nice clean hotel at the best location.

Reserved a suite but nowhere was it disclosed that all suites are at the far ends of the hotel. Given the layout (and only one elevator) it literally took 2:30 to walk to room (daughter timed it). Lay out of hotel wasn't the best but location was nice.

Visted to see my favorite band at Air Canada centre nearby and to attend TIFF, and got an awesome room inside the baseball stadium as a bonus! Watched parts of two games plus the fascinating stuff that goes on between them. Staff was super friendly and the room was clean and quiet and easy to walk to the concert and TIFF events. The only two drawbacks were a) $20 parking (boo!) and b) no free in-room wifi.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and attended a seminar that was at the same hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait for front desk service when I checked in and out. The location was ideal and within walking distance from quite a few attractions. The room was clean and served its purpose.

It met all my expectations. Good hotel but expect a ling walk to your rooms, I suggest asking for roons close to elevators. I would stay here again.

Well the room #345 looked clean and the bed was quite comfy but the washroom vent in the washroom wall looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The toilet is too low and the handle has to be held down in order to get the reservoir to drain other wise you get a partial flush. The controller for the fan on the thermostat is non functional, high medium or low , the fan blows at the same speed and is very noisy making it difficult to get a full night sleep. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 3

Hotel staff is friendly and very accommodating. There's a nice bar/restaurant with a view of the stadium and the servers and bar tender are friendly and helpful as well. Location is great. I walked next door to the CN tower and had dinner in the 360 club with my girlfriend.

Spend a few night here while attending some Red Sox Toronto games. The room I was in was at the very end of the building (room 299). The air conditioning was not adequate for the hot weather. I could not cool the room down adequately. Probably because it was at the end of the AC trunk.

Our room was upgraded to a studium view, so we could watch the Argos game. It totally made me look great to my buddies! Great location, great staff and and great stay! Thank you for helping me showing my best friends a great time! :)

Great location. Staff very friendly. Upgraded to ballpark view room which is quite an experience watching a major league game from your room.

Everything was outstanding...especially the front desk staff. The only complaint I had, and not sure there is anything that can be done....was the extreme noise at night from people in the outside halls. Sam & Mary Misseri

great staff, quiet spacy place just the parking is $25, everything else is good

Stayed 1 night on a lightning stop in Toronto. Was very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room overlooking Rogers Centre - home of the Blue Jays and Argonauts. OK, there wasn't a game on that night but it sure was a nice room. Staff were very warm and friendly as well.

We arrived at 9am and were able to check in and were given a room upgrade. The staff and facilities were wonderful. Great location, lots to do within walking distance.

I expected more for the premium price. It's a very cool place if you are there to see a game, but if that is not a factor you can do much better for the price just a few block away. The property is older, and not particularly well kept up. Staff was nice enough, but not exceptional. The hotel was fine, just what I would expect for $50 cheaper.

Overall, good. Restaurant oversee the baseball/hockey field is awesome. Staff are nice. Pool and weight area are good. Room is clean, but have problem with the microwave and TV not working properly.

We had a good experience at the hotel. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The only thing that was the issue is that we booked for a king sized bed, but they didn't have any available at the time of my check-in. They said their excuse was that they were sold out for the weekend, but I was still disappointed we had to have a queen sized bed instead for the same price as the king sized.

Hotel was great! Very good place to be during the Jays games. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Only downside was booked King Beds received Double beds. Not too disappointed as it was during back to back baseball games, hotel was very busy.
