Wonderful staff! The staff is welcoming and treat guests like you’re a member of the family! Love the location, short drive to almost everything in Toronto, a great place to stay in Toronto at a reasonable price.
The staff are kind but the Facilities is very hold and not well maintain. Paper wall in room are falling. Need to be refresh. I will not go there again.
Water damage closed the bar, repairs to take another 3 months. Short on help and dining was limited to two employees who had their hands full. Only TWO handicapped parking spots (how is that allowed?).
Convenient and ez staff
Good location and the staff is great. The hotel is pretty good but fairly worn as it could use some updating and repairs. The beds are pretty good but not great. Price is excellent.
This is a cost effective hotel with no frills. It was close to Toronto and the activities that we were pursuing.
It's a quiet, walkable neighborhood with friendly and helpful reception staff. The facilities require maintenance beyond cosmetic repair. For instance, it was next to impossible to take a shower. In addition, the room was dirty.
Property is conveniently located with respect to where I had to go. Staff and service were disappointing.
Needs maintenance
Upon checking in the heat wasn’t working in our first room , 431.. we called the maintenance person said the heater appears to be stuck on cold mode only .. we switched rooms .. Next day when we came back to 421 the heat wasn’t working in this second room .. once agin we were forced to change room at 11pm to 406 because there was no heat on the room ..Very disappointed in the staff and hotel.
Easy trip downtown from the hotel
The room amenities were terrible. Nothing posted regarding fire regulation or exiting in case of fire. Power receptacles now working. Mo ability to access any extra programming or movies. Very confusing finding the main entrance. Limited signing for directions. Restaurant service was exceptionally slow. Servers seemed to just ignor you and once you have ordered forget about asking for anything else. Restaurant extremely understaffed. Minimal quantity of food using minimum quality. Will never stay there again eptionally
