Great hotel, indoor and outdoor pool, staffs are really good

After a long flight cold tired had to ask for a room change cause of poor condition of the room. the said they gave me upgrade? was a little more stay-able when plugging my tablet in electrical box it was dangling cause it was pulled from the wall. The place needs serious maintenance would never stay there again.

Good people. Great bartenders. Found a bed bug. Never coming back.

The hotel location is good, but the amenities, the bed and the bathroom are old.

we always book Deluxe King room. Everything pleasant but headboard clicked & bed didn't seem as comfortable as usual for some reason. Maybe I was just restless but glass drinking glasses are nice rather than plastic.Wish parking was compted sometimes for repeat customers but always a lovely balcony & view. Room exquisitely clean. We had a pleasant stay.

We had a beautiful "deluxe King" room, spacious, immaculate & totally comfortable. We also had the enjoyment of a balcony, a warm evening & a gorgeous view of the fall scenery in the Don Valley ravine. Unfortunately they had put away the outdoor chairs & we were not able to obtain any but we just brought out some from the room & enjoyed our wine on the balcony anyway. At the front desk, we requested a higher floor & the young man was very accommodating & immediately found one.It was not mentioned on the website that parking was extra which I found unnecessary as the lot had many empty spaces. However, all in all , it was a very pleasant stay.

My stay was decent for the price. However, when I left I got a charge on my account for a movie I allegedly purchased but I was not in my room that night at all. They required proof of where I was in order to waive the charges but this took time out of my day and I ended up getting on the road late which upset me. There was a little bit of dirt behind night stand and the fitted sheets didn't fit the best. My t.v. Did not work well and kept cutting in and out. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and just fine for the amount of time I was actually on the room.

Stay was great - the only negative thing was the three calls I got asking when I was going to check out hours before checkout time

Above average. Reasonable rates with orbits. Great hotel amenities.

The hotel was nice and so was the staff. A little pricey for food and the room could use some improvement. Transportation was easy however it is a little far from the downtown area. Overall it was a good stay.

I was hoping a better place by seeing the pictures but it wasn't that great.

Good quiet place to stay close to Toronto. They were doing elevator repairs and only 1 elevator was working so it too a very long time so we took the stairs.

Only criticism is that the directions to my room were not provided.

My bed had springs sticking out of the mattress and the bed was harder than the floor. I asked for my room to be changed on the first night, and I had to wait for the next day because the night guy wasn't able to do it. In the morning the manager (Indian lady who is rude and has an attitude problem) initially said it wouldn't be a problem but I was not accommodated. I ended up checking out early and taking my stay elsewhere. Was not a good first impression of Canada. Especially when you have to replan your trip and find somewhere to sleep in a hotel lobby with no knowledge of the city. Lastly, the walls have chunks missing/are falling apart and the elevators were beyond slow. Don't waste your money!!!

I stayed at the don valley for 1 night , hotel was packed and alot of noisy people , but it was one of the most comfortable beds i ever slept on , heated bathroom floors is always a plus in winter !!

bang for your buck! very attentative . great customer service in good area

Refrigerant not available in the room. lobby looks modern. but room and swimming pool looks old and not so good feeling.

We have been here a few times over the last two years and have always enjoyed our stay.

Not too far from airport and about 15-20 mins from downtown. Was really impressed with size and cleanliness of room. Even had heated tile floors in bathroom! That was nice since it was freezing outside. Wifi worked without a problem. Even had gotten upgraded to a deluxe king size since they only had rooms on 1st floor.

not a luxury hotel (still had a tube tv, didnt know those still existed. dated room), but ok for a few nights stay. friendly staff, room was clean, it served its purpose and price was good. parking is extra :(
