Breakfast was very good. Water at exterior pool was cold. Inside pool was outstanding. Need more people for cleaning and having rooms earlier.

The price was reasonable. Not many shops in the area . Very safe.

It was OK experience. Front desk staff was not friendly at all. After 2 encounters, I never wished/wanted to go and see the staff. Just use the side door and go to my room.

Hotel Staff is amazing so friendly and eager to help

Our room was not very clean. But by the time we checked in, we were so exhausted from our da that we didn’t feel like complaining. We left for dinner then later that night when we arrived back to our room (about midnight) we found 2 cockroaches in our room. Luckily my boyfriend was able to take care of them so that I could try to fall asleep. We then attempted to put on the tv so we can watch some tv before falling asleep. But the tv reception was horrible so we couldn’t even watch any tv. The picture wasn’t coming in and it kept skipping in and out. Overall, very disappointed wth our stay.

Great hotel, perfect location. Staff friendly and very helpful. Great room and amenities for the price.

We needed a hotel near the DVP and this was perfect. The lobby is nice, modern and spa like. The rooms are a good size, clean and included everything we needed. My only thing to ding is that parking is an extra to the price.

Room upgrades make for a nice stay but fall short of complete comfort. Nice decor and comfortable bedding undermined by outdated heating/cooling system and incomplete bathroom renovation. Staff has been nice and accommodating. Overall a good value but improvements left to be made.

I complained about the broken air conditioner and I was disturbed during sleep to change the room at 2 am from the front desk and manager defended the night staff .. Terrible hotel expereince

we stay here frequently when coming in from London. Nice room lovely balcony but only one chair on it. no fan in bathroom.

Great hotel, indoor and outdoor pool, staffs are really good

After a long flight cold tired had to ask for a room change cause of poor condition of the room. the said they gave me upgrade? was a little more stay-able when plugging my tablet in electrical box it was dangling cause it was pulled from the wall. The place needs serious maintenance would never stay there again.

Good people. Great bartenders. Found a bed bug. Never coming back.

The hotel location is good, but the amenities, the bed and the bathroom are old.

we always book Deluxe King room. Everything pleasant but headboard clicked & bed didn't seem as comfortable as usual for some reason. Maybe I was just restless but glass drinking glasses are nice rather than plastic.Wish parking was compted sometimes for repeat customers but always a lovely balcony & view. Room exquisitely clean. We had a pleasant stay.

We had a beautiful "deluxe King" room, spacious, immaculate & totally comfortable. We also had the enjoyment of a balcony, a warm evening & a gorgeous view of the fall scenery in the Don Valley ravine. Unfortunately they had put away the outdoor chairs & we were not able to obtain any but we just brought out some from the room & enjoyed our wine on the balcony anyway. At the front desk, we requested a higher floor & the young man was very accommodating & immediately found one.It was not mentioned on the website that parking was extra which I found unnecessary as the lot had many empty spaces. However, all in all , it was a very pleasant stay.

My stay was decent for the price. However, when I left I got a charge on my account for a movie I allegedly purchased but I was not in my room that night at all. They required proof of where I was in order to waive the charges but this took time out of my day and I ended up getting on the road late which upset me. There was a little bit of dirt behind night stand and the fitted sheets didn't fit the best. My t.v. Did not work well and kept cutting in and out. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and just fine for the amount of time I was actually on the room.

Stay was great - the only negative thing was the three calls I got asking when I was going to check out hours before checkout time

Above average. Reasonable rates with orbits. Great hotel amenities.
