Good

We are a family with two little girls. We were placed in the 12th floor, clearly among teenagers in every room around us. At night we had to call not once, not twice but 4 times the reception because the 12th floor was a huge party in many of the rooms there. 4 times throughout the night. At the end I wanted to get moved into a different room and this didn't happen. If you are planning to be there with kids I would strongly recommend to think about it twice. After this the hotel never get back to us to apologize or anything. It was a bad experience for us.

Love the room and the proximity to the opera house

Great location and services. Metro subway station is just half block away and Tim Horton near by.

The view from our room on the 28th floor was great

Location. Great spot to be able to walk around and explore.

My stay here was excellent and I will recommend my friends to stay there. I will also stay there if in case I plan it in the near future. Thank you

Reception staff very helpful. Great location, room is clean

The property charges $14.99 per day for WiFi. Because of this will not stay here again. A little behind the times dont you think?

The rooms were outdated and dark, needs updating. The shower was terrible in our room.

Ideal location in the entertainment district. Convenient parking.
