Yearly trip to the Hilton on Richmond. Unfortunately with the high volume of guest, attention to detail wasn't adheared too. Broken fixtures, dirty couch linen and a prolonged elevator wait times were the only major concerns. Staff are friendly and very accomodsting otherwise.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and the Hilton staff helped make it extra special! With a small gift and treat when we checked in as well as a special note on her pancakes. I had booked another hotel where I have a loyalty card and changed to the Hilton at the last minute- choosing to pay a bit more for the indoor/outdoor heated pool and walkability. I’m so glad I did!
