Great Hotel, I would recommend this to my mother in-law.

Great staff, very friendly and correct!! Room service quick and conform expectations!! The real "Hilton experience "!!!!!

The hotel seems quite old and the rooms are outdated. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are a good size. There didn't seem to be free WiFi (unless I missed it) and you don't get any water unless you are a Hilton honors member. In-room dining is very expensive. If you're on a high floor and get one of the two elevators that are on the outside of the building you get a pretty cool view of the city (beware if you are afraid of heights).

Getting to the hotel mid Friday afternoon was a nightmare due to the traffic. Checking in wasn't at fast as other hotels due to only 2 workers being at the desk and there being a few guests trying to check in. But, it was all worth it when we got to our room. Great view of the city, nice executive lounge and good amenities. Walking distance was good to all of the sites we wanted to see plus there's plenty of public transportation. Only suggestion for the hotel is the staff could be a little more pleasant.

Nice hotel with good location for local attractions (St Lawrence Market, CN Tower, Entertainment District). Room was clean and staff was friendly.

I didn't feel the executive suite was very executive like. It was literally a standard room with a bed and a shower. I was thinking it had a bath and more room but I guess not. It was okay what more can I say. It wasn't worth the amount of money I spent! Spent so much for nearly nothing grand.

We booked this hotel at the last minute for a large, all night, city-wide art event, Nuit Blanche. The hotel staff upgraded us to a king size bed upon check-in, so we felt very welcome. The room was perfect, with a great view. The weather was quite cold that night so we were able to keep coming back to our room to warm up & rest, so the location was perfect also.

We were in Toronto to attend the opera at the Four Seasons Centre which is across the street from the Hilton. The location was ideal, particularly because the temperature was well below zero! Despite the chilly temps, our room was warm, bed was comfy, plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly and check-in was quick. I also appreciated the Starbucks coffee shop located on the lobby level.

Room was nice, staff was friendly. Location is great. One complaint, is that in the morning the water came out of the tap brown and turbid. (Lots of floating things>) It got better after about 10 minutes of running. Forgot to tell them when I checked out.

- easy to find and great location (we came to Toronto for a Raptors game - our room bathroom needed an update to the bathtub (some green stuff growing around the faucets) - room was nice and clean - parking on saturday self park was decent price for downtown $21

Hotel was located within walking distance to all. Rooms were very nice and clean. Pool was very cool as it was an indoor outdoor pool. It was 50 outside but you couldn't tell while swimming in the heated pool.

I'm a Hilton girl but have tended to shy away from the main Hilton hotels vs. the smaller associated chains such as Hilton Garden Inn. This one is lovely and modern, and it's downtown with access to all the big Toronto-based companies.

The Hotel fits really with the Hilton standard. Perfect location in the Financial district.

Excellent location, great ammenities, clean rooms. Would stay again.

great location...clean rooms and amenities. plenty of restaurants In the nearby area. starbucks located in hotel lobby area. only negative aspect is the cost to valet park $40 and self parking they do not offer in and out service and rates are ridiculous

For the price I was able to get the room at, this was a pleasant experience. The room was very spacious with a great view. The layout was just great in general. If I had to criticize, the walls may have been a bit thin but that's being super nit-picky. Other than that, I'd definitely aim to stay at the Hilton Toronto again.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, walking distance to Rodgers Center and tons of bars, restaurants, etc.

We had a newly remodeled room with a fantastic view and access to the executive lounge where we enjoyed fantastic service, a nice breakfast and food & drinks in the evening. The staff was very friendly and service was great. It was in a fantastic location downtown and close to everything.

I chose it based on its proximity to businesses I was visiting. My check-in process was smooth, and they gave me a room that avoided construction renovations at the hotel. It was quiet at night and I slept well. I would return.
