We had an enjoyable stay at the Toronto Location. Pleasant and very helpful staff and they were also accommodating in giving us a room with an amazing view for my husband’s birthday get away. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Power outage no problem!

The room was comfortable, the view was nice, and the elevators came quickly. There was a downtown power outage when I arrived, and the staff was extremely accommodating in guiding us to the service elevator and then escorting us to our rooms. I always stay here, and will continue to do so. Frenchy's is a great addition--nice dinner!
