When visiting Toronto, the W in Yorkville is typically my number one choice. Unfortunately, this stay started off quite rocky. Additionally, there were issues with cleanliness in the room and hallways; the rooms on floor 9 looked nothing like the room I stayed in on floor 10 (dated and needing renovation). Service was extremely slow when needing to reach the front desk - and I overall didn't feel as welcome as my initial stay. I'll be visiting again next month and am rethinking my stay!
