service was excellent; not much to not like

The hotel is beautiful! The beds felt like you were sleeping on clouds. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My two boys were greeted with activity books and a prize after completing books. This made them feel special. My husband and I were celebrating our 19 th anniversary so the hotel had cookies, chocolates and a nice card wishing us a happy anniversary. The swimming pool overlooked the CN tower. Our hotel suite was a nice size with two restrooms, bedroom, hallway, living room with sofa bed. It proved to be a 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel in city close to attractions and sightseeing

The Hotel Management is poor. Smelly rooms and suites. everyone has a rude character from the valet to the front desk to the terrible so called Italian fine dining restaurant. Terrible experience.

We experienced not the Ritz quality but one star hotel stay. Dusty, smelly experiences all over our stay. Bad quality food among the outlets.

Terrible bad experience with the Italian restaurant, very pricey. Rude Hotel Manager who was rude to us and asked us to leave the hotel. The staff from the Hotel manager to the front desk they expect you to tip them. We had to tip them over 450 Canadian Dollar.

Terrible experience at the Hotel. rude staff. Given us smelly suite. The team are not pleasant and very stressed. given us the terrible bad energy. We left after the payment. The hotel management did nothing after we complained.

Very. Nice. Good location. Friendly staff. We could walk around. Tall ceiling on the lobby

It's exactly what one expects from a Ritz-Carlton.

This hotel is what luxury is all about. Great service, great food and drinks

Excellent hotel, great staff, extremely friendly, curteous and helpful with everything. Immaculate public facilities, immaculate bedroom with outstanding views of the city CN Tower and lake.

We enjoyed our stay and the superb attention by friendly staff

From the moment we stepped out of the van we were treated like royalty. The room was meticulous and the staff was outstanding. The concierge gave us great recommendations for unique places to eat that were not as touristy. The location is right in the heart of the entertainment district, easily within walking distance to theaters, shops, eateries, etc. Should we be able to book this hotel at a similarly discounted rate we'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Doesn't get better than the Toronto Ritz-Carlton. The hotel is new and beautiful upon arrival. We were greeted by a great staff. Everyone was very pleasant. Our room was ready upon arrival, fully stocked with a mini bar, coffeee machine with coffee and unlimited bottled water. I requested a room on a high floor and was given a choice of floors. There was a perfect view of the CN Tower which my son loved to watch particularly in the evening. The hotel is centrally located near restaurants and shopping as well as easy convenience to the PATH. Could have given more towels in the room, for a family of three, we were only given three towels. Constantly had to ask for more toiletries. The room was extremely comfortable with two queen beds and beautifully furnished. Very warm decor. The pool and spa were beautiful and easily accessible with swimming supplies for children. State-of-the-art equipment in the gym and the gym is open 24 hours. The coolest thing about the room was the television inside the bathroom mirror. I am very particular when it comes to hotels, however, I cannot complain about this one. Only issue was the towel situation. If you are looking for a five star hotel, look no further. Stay at the Ritz!

We have stayed at several Ritz-Carlton locations worldwide and this hotel is not the exception to what you'd expect. The hotel is brand new and the staff is as always friendly and top notch. It's located right in the middle of downtown and close to the CN Tower as well as premium restaurants and shops. We had lunch at the hotel's DEQ Lounge and the food was good, but not the best value. Overall a great stay there and would definitely come back!

The service and friendliness of the hotel was strong in all areas. The room was lovely, but I had hoped for more considering the price. We used the bar and the Epoch restaurant both were exceptional. Also the doorman “Joseph” was super helpful.
