It was extremely quiet, especially given that it was downtown in a major city, on the harbor, and near an airport. We had a beautiful view from our lakefront room. It was also a great location for walking along the harbor and perfectly located for a hockey game and the Hockey Hall of Fame.

The toilet pipe burst and they handled it terribly. They wouldn't launder our ruined items (my son and the sitter were now barefoot as shoes were soiled) and took an hour to find a new room that didn't have enough beds for the 4 of us. They said 'no laundry on premises' and then said they couldn't because of covid. So somehow they thought it was better we walked around with sewage clothing on? We had to leave in the night with a 2-year-old and 4-year-old as there were not enough beds in the new room. They said maybe they had a cot but they were so slow and I didn't want them knocking on the door in the middle of the night when I was trying to get my kids to sleep. They were so slow to rectify and truly failed. Another woman we met in the lobby washroom said her toilet burst as well. Also, the children's play area was closed even though they said it was open when I called 2 days before. Plus no racquets in the squash room even though we said we were going there. Very poorly run. Luckily we are discussing compensation right now so I think the higher-ups know what they are doing. But the night manager was a disaster. Slow and totally clued out. A pipe bursting is no one's fault but they could have laundered our soiled items (yes - sewage water all over everything in the bathroom - spraying like a shower!) and given us a new hotel room immediately and at least apologized and compensated fairly! It was the biggest customer service nightmare I have ever experienced! Shocking!

We stayed here because we were attending a concert at Scotiabank Arena. Perfect walking distance. Excellent and clean hotel. Only thing was the parking. It's a bit difficult to access.

Oliver helped us tremendously and did a fabulous job at making us feel welcomed at check in. Outstanding service

Views from lakeside were spectacular. Hotel looked a little "tired;" more like a middle-class Marriott than a fine quality Weston (the way they used to be). Parking garage dirty; stairwells were disgustingly dirty with garbage, rusted stairs, railings.

The hotel has a beautiful view over Lake Ontario, has an excellent location close to all museums and points of interest. The staff and staff are professional and kind.

DIDNOT LIKE BATHROOM SETUP

it was at the center of the water front.

When we arrived, the person at the desk told us that they'd overbooked the rooms and that there was nothing left for us although we'd made this reservation and prepaid. The only reason we got a room was that my dad is a Marriott Titanium member. Otherwise, we would have been on the street. After that, we learned that the parking garage was completely full and we had to park off-site. Clearly a very mismanaged hotel.

I love the amenities and the food was great but the staff were rude and not nice. My husband lost his key and the concierge stated he wasn’t on the reservation when he was obviously and she refused to give him a extra one so my husband had to wait till morning to get access & the valet guy taking the ticket was extremely rude to us telling my husband to wait he can do one car at a time .

The Hotel is comfortable and the room was clean. The service received was excellent. I recommend this hotel.

Really great service from minute we walked in. Had minor issue about day bed in room for additional guest who came on Day 2 of stay, and manager was right on spot to fix it. Bar staff was best I ever had in lobby in 40 years of travel. Great spot right downtown. Walked to Rogers Centre and NHL Hall of Fame. Kudos to Westin and folks in Toronto. Wonderful weekend...

We enjoyed our stay, accept the elevators were very noisy and we would not stay at room that close to them again. We are not use to noise, so that was the only complaint. We have a great stay, Thank you.

Issues with room after check-in because batteries had corroded in the safe so it was unusable. Had to be switched rooms after waiting 30minutes for security to come and assist with the locker.

Fantastic front desk service. I wish I knew the guy's name but he was super welcoming and accommodating.
