When we arrived, the person at the desk told us that they'd overbooked the rooms and that there was nothing left for us although we'd made this reservation and prepaid. The only reason we got a room was that my dad is a Marriott Titanium member. Otherwise, we would have been on the street. After that, we learned that the parking garage was completely full and we had to park off-site. Clearly a very mismanaged hotel.
I love the amenities and the food was great but the staff were rude and not nice. My husband lost his key and the concierge stated he wasn’t on the reservation when he was obviously and she refused to give him a extra one so my husband had to wait till morning to get access & the valet guy taking the ticket was extremely rude to us telling my husband to wait he can do one car at a time .
The Hotel is comfortable and the room was clean. The service received was excellent. I recommend this hotel.
Really great service from minute we walked in. Had minor issue about day bed in room for additional guest who came on Day 2 of stay, and manager was right on spot to fix it. Bar staff was best I ever had in lobby in 40 years of travel. Great spot right downtown. Walked to Rogers Centre and NHL Hall of Fame. Kudos to Westin and folks in Toronto. Wonderful weekend...
I was so excited for my stay at Westin but once I entered the room, whole excitement went to vein! So expensive and the rooms were old and dirty carpets. The refrigerator was dirty with dust on it and food left behind by previous person! I was so embarrassed because I had some guests along with me, visiting Toronto. There aren’t even microwaves in the rooms! Such an outdated and overrated hotel (I could say motel).
Great location and lobby was active with people, live DJ at happy hour and piped in white tea smells! Great vibe!
Having just had a fantastic stay at the Westin in downtown D.C., it was A shock to queue for 12 minutes to check in, when I arrived c. 22;00. Big, busy, basic, Westin. Staff pleasant but stretched. Very nice location
I asked to be placed on a high floor and ended with floor 5. A drawer of the bureau didn’t close so it was ajar the whole stay. Very odd bathroom layout
The location was perfect. The view was fantastic.
Great lake views, pleasant staff and a central location.
