Awesome hotel. Beautiful lobby. Walls are a little paper thin, but no complaints!
lLo unico incomodo fue lo costoso del parqueo. pero en general mi estancia fue agradable y placentera
Lake view is very nice. Service, too. Everything is very close to walk. Take a lake boat ride.
The hotel was very dated. The area didnt have many restaurants and on a Saturday night at 10 pm we couldnt get dinner. Hotel and valet were very expensive for what you got. Additional charge was added for use internet/downstairs computers.
GREAT location, very classy and nicely kept up property.
This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. My husband and I did a quick stay in Toronto before flying to a different location for a wedding. The hotel is centrally located, the staff is supreme, and we wished we could have stayed for several more days after our excellent 48 hour experience! Already planning our next trip!
I had to wait 40 min to check in the line just kept growing . This was at check in time, the time they tell you to show up so you would think they would be ready for the people that made reservations then they put a very nice girl at the front of the line to try and calm people down just before they check in saying things like this never happens and she was not sure why all these people come at the same time ( check in time ) I spoke with a friend at work and it happened to him 2 weeks ago aswell.
We are an interracial gay couple, who were welcomed by very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. We had a lovely romantic weekend. Spent most of our time on the island, and enjoyed the sights and sounds, restaurants and bars, in the harbour front area. We were always happy to get back to the hotel after a long day of fun and sun. Very relaxing! Location, location, location!
Great location. Walking distance to many bars and resturants.
Right from the moment we pulled in, the staff was attentive and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. The desk attendant was able to accommodate our request for a lake view which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. My only complaint if I were to look for one would have been having to pay for in room wifi. There was complimentary wifi in the lobby though. Look forward to our next stay.
great location, walking distance to many sites and attractions. Lake view was awesome.
We had a comfortable stay in a clean room. We had a fifteen minute wait to check in as the hotel was really busy, but the staff was polite and cheerful. We missed having wifi in our room and thought that valet parking was too expensive. Overall though, we were pleased and will most likely return.
Great price and the hotel was amazing! Great amenities for couples and families!
Every thing worked well and the room was very nice
Our stay was good. We were with a large group as those that booked through This site were all placed on fifth floor. My room backed up to fitness center/pool/spa, and was kind of oddly shaped and much larger than other ones I saw. Room was clean, thermostat worked fine. Bedding was extremely nice/comfortable.0
We came to Toronto to see a Maple Leafs game as well as hit a few of the city's tourist attractions. The hotel is in the perfect location for tourists as so much is within walking distance. The arena is just blocks away, as well as the Hockey Hall of Fame, CN Tower, and a huge variety of dining and bar options. The hotel staff was friendly even when giving us a good-natured ribbing for supporting the out of town team. One of our group got a massage at the hotel spa and was raving about it for days.
I stayed in a junior suite overlooking the lake. Very comfortable room and a wonderful view. The hotel is just a couple blocks from the Air Canada Center, and within walking distance for other landmarks like the Hockey Hall of Fame and St. Lawrence Market.
The hotel was nice and the room view was really great overlooking the bay. Plenty of extra towels and coffee (Starbubucks) in the room.
My complaint about this hotel is that the cost of food and beverages was very high. The cheapest item on the lunch menu was a $20 burger. The burger was terrible. It was soaked with grease and did not taste like beef. The cheapest glass of wine was $11. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was good and the location was great.
