Overall a good experience but wished it was better. I booked 2 months in advance and asked for 2 rooms next to each other but they gave us 2 rooms on the same floor and far away from each other. They shared a back wall, not side wall and they said there was no other option even though I specifically requested it via text twice before we arrived. We were able to do early check in with one room but the others was not ready until after 5pm. Restaurant Valerie was beautiful but the service was very slow. We enjoyed the pool and view thoroughly!

The hotel never informed us our room was ready sat around an extra hour and a half had no place to really go as all the common areas need a reservation and the one spot we could get to outside they would allow a server to take care of us. The hotel seemed more concerned with outside customers th. The people staying there. Highly disappointed and will not be in a hurry to go back.

We recently stayed at Hotel X and overall had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the quality of food throughout the hotel was excellent. However, the service—particularly by the pool and at Roses Social—was disappointing and fell short of the standard we expected. For that reason, I’d rate our stay 4 stars rather than 5.

Having enjoyed our stay at Hotel X in August 2024, we returned. Unfortunately this time was disappointing. Staff interactions were cold and unfriendly. Room cleaning was reluctant and not timely. Unable to get a drink poolside. Being on a lower floor, the road was loud. Room service was tasteless. Under new management, this is no longer a 5 star property
