It was clean but there were signs of age and neglect, wallpaper peeling, and so on. First room the heat did not work so we had to change rooms. It is to be expected in a large hotel, so not terribly disappointed. Location is exceptional.

We booked this hotel, 3 separate rooms. We were 6 adults 2 children 4&7 yrs old. We picked it for the swimming pool which had a curly slide. We found out the hotel was under renovation and the curly slide was never ready in time. We were offered the adult pool on the 27 floor. The pool was quite dirty , you could see black scum on the walls. The worst part is 2 of our adults got swimmers ear and have been off work and in excruciating pain since
