Check in was quick. We had a big U-Haul that the concierge was more Th an happy to assist us with as we parked right outside. My worries were relieved!

This hotel was nice for the money spent. Good value!

Well where do I start.... I use to stay at this property when I was going to Toronto every couple months. So I decided to try again to my dismay it hasn't gotten better. I found someone's false eyelashes on my bed side table and someone was shot so needless to stay probably not going to stay again.

We stayed over valentines weekend. Checked in and tv was not working. After reporting 2nd time maintenance came up.didnt fix was comped breakfast. 2nd night bed leg broke. Was given a nicer room. It did take a good deal of complaining to make it right but they made it right

The room was tiny - far smaller than a true “standard” size The thermostat did not consistently work The wifi connection was weak The tub faucet looked dirty The lights flickered any time the door opened and closed The tub was not sparkling clean, it was stained and looked unhygienic The furniture was coated in dust (lightbulbs, etc.)

Good location, classic restored lobby has a great restaurant with awesome Indian dishes.

excellent staff service, It's far from the main attractions of the city but it's ok.

Neighborhood worked ok. Service people could have been better - more hospitality.

Staff was so welcoming and friendly. From the moment we checked in, Tori at the front desk was so helpful. There is a reason we keep coming back year after year.

It was just average. Carpet needs cleaning, furniture in room needs to be touched up,looks beaten up, extremely noisy from outside, towels feel like sandpaper, bathroom shower needs to be recalked, signs of mildew in shower, water pressure very low

Conveniently located but not very clean and busy, crowded. Staff busy

This hotel was great! I loved the location too! The staff did an excellent job, and the sald bar was great!

Great stay, they upgraded me and allowed me to do early check in because of change in plans! Excellent hotel & staff. Highly recommend you to stay here if you're headed into the heart of Toronto!!
