very clean, friendly and helpful staff. food was good in the hotel.

We were able to walk or take the subway everywhere. Location was very central. Hotel is quite nice, older but well kept. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and view from floor 27. Very nice breakfast available for purchase. Helpful staff.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Easy to find and I like that they have valet parking at the hotel. Some places don't always accommodate for our large truck, but they did. Thanks!

Had a great time hotel was in prime location and will return next time in in Canada

The hotel is clean, safe, and centrally located. The staff was extremely helpful. It turned out to be much better than I anticipated based on reviews posted on your website. The only issue I would have had was checkout as there always seemed to be long lines during checkout and check-in times. However, since my flight out was so early, it was not an issue for me. I would stay at this hotel again in an instant.

Check in was very easy took about 10 minutes the staff was exceedingly pleasant and helpful answering questions about the area in the hotel.

Hotel Chelsea was most impressive and would be honored to stay again and with very low cost.

Walking distance to most everything (food, entertainment, public transportation). Staff was very helpful. Facilities were clean and good assortment of exercise equipment with whirlpool/pool.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It's close to many amenities, including restaurants and public transportation.

Great location. luxurious rooms. good food. Room rates are not bad either

The amenities for the hotel were very nice. The breakfast buffet, the bar and eateris were also convenient. The staff were very friendly and informative with things to do around the city.

This hotel was fantastic! The staff was great and the room while a little on the small side was definitely good! The bed was great. I will stay here again !

Only negative was the AC 100+ decibels when set to AUTO. Recommend setting fan to LO. Guests of the hotel were international and all seemed to be having a ball. We tried to book another night, but all 1,600 rooms were taken.

I was surprised how jaded the hotel looked. It is in need a big renovation. Decent location. Lobby is busy with long check in / out lines . I am unlikely to stay at this hotel again. Far better hotels nearby.

Room was good, clean and bright. Location is great for all downtown places. block away from Eaton center.

We really liked this hotel. It was a good value for what we paid. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our very late check in and special needs. There are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance, which was unexpected and really improved our stay. This hotel is very central to all parts of Toronto. We will try to stay here again during our next visit.

Room was clean and staff members were friendly. Only issue I had was that I booked an upgraded king room (paid for through Orbitz), they they were out of those rooms when I arrived so I had to be downgraded. Since it was through Orbitz, they couldn't refund the difference. They did their best to make it right, but it didn't resolve the issue that I didn't get what I paid for. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Overall experience great but crowded elevators the time I was there

Small beds. Many events going on the weekend I stayed and elevator service very slow guest services did a good job handling the crowd and assisting you with transportation/directions to your event
