It was clean but there were signs of age and neglect, wallpaper peeling, and so on. First room the heat did not work so we had to change rooms. It is to be expected in a large hotel, so not terribly disappointed. Location is exceptional.

definitely not worth the $300 I paid for the room. Heater barely works. Balcony is filthy with bird poo (it clearly had not been cleaned in a while). The hallways smell the cigarettes. The room would smell like cigarettes every time I turned the heat on. Generally not worth the price.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean, room was nice well appointed. The only complaint was the room was hot, and very dry. Had to sleep with the patio door open to allow cooler air in to balance out the temperature. Thermostat was more of a decoration, then functional! Would still definitely recommend!
