Our room was lovely but lacked amenities in the bathroom. We had to ask for a small bar of soap and additional toilet paper. The lobby was always too full with people for the amount of space, and the elevator and floor around it was wet from swimmers tracking water. The neighborhood has declined over the years and we saw police presence more than once.

Located in a walkable area of downtown Toronto. Restaurant and coffee bar had good food and were convenient. My only complaint is they didn't offer complimentary water to guests and asked you to purchase water bottles from the espresso bar.
