The room had an awful smell and the tv would not turn on and there were stains on the comforter. When I spoke with the staff and explained that we needed to check out prior to our original departure date due to these reasons they stated they could not check me out. I spoke with the manager that stated if he could he would. Once the hotel finally checked me out on the original departure date they sent a final folio showing a charge for the two nights on my credit card that should have been for incidentals only. I had prepaid for the room. Overall I was charged of $600 for one terrible night. I have been working to dispute both with no luck. I would not recommend this property
