Stayed here in a 2 queen beds room on the first floor with my parents. Friendly front desk staff and nice lobby with plenty of sofas. Room was decent size with one A/C unit in the wall, a desk, 2 chairs, night stand, a chest with 3 drawers, TV, microwave, mini fridge, iron, 7 hangers, stand for luggage, safe. So overall a nice room and comfortable beds. But... The safe gave an error when we tried to set a code. The A/C temperature was not as adjustable as I would have liked (either too warm or cold and didn't turn off automatically, no digital temp control). Water was condensing on the cold toilet in the bathroom and dripping on the floor resulting in us having to wipe if every few hours, so the exhaust was probably not effective in removing humidity. The water in tap and shower was loud and difficult to use at night without waking everyone up. So a nice hotel but dated rooms and could be much better with a few updates. Oh and everyone in the hotel lost all water for 3 hours in the afternoon due to a pipe that burst in the basement. Breakfast: Basic continental breakfast with cereals, warm Oatmeal, fruits, bagels, croissant, coffee. Extra charge for eggs and pancakes.

The only reason I asked Orbitz to help me locate a hotel was for FREE SHUTTLE. The staff seem unsure when I booked shuttle reservation for 4am pick up. The morning of pick up, I was in lobby at 3:40am. I inquired at 3:50am and the staff did not care that shuttle had not arrived. At 4am I became nervous and they called their contracted shuttle and was told they were sending someone else. At 4:05am no one was there, so I called a cab. I paid $60 for cab and over $200 for a hotel that falsey advertised FREE SHUTTLE. Food was horrible and dining area dusty and dirty.

The minute you enter the room you are welcomed with a blast of mold and damp smell. The room was very poorly maintained and rooms were tiny. Two beds were in my room and we didn't have enough space to place our luggages. The safely lock on the room door was broken. Worst hotel ever. We booked the hotel for 2 adults and 2 kids and they only had 2 towels in the bathroom. The staff were very reluctant to respond and seemed very less motivated to help partrons.

Room was fine. Food was decent, but "complimentary" breakfast was a bunch of grab to go with dishes you had to pay for. Not close to the airport. Airport shuttle was almost twenty minutes late, could have missed my flight if not for having ticket and no bags to check. They take a $100 security deposit on your room, which they pay back. Overall okay, but will not use them again.

Great value for overnight near airport. I'd happily stay here again

I'm usually never one to complain as I'm easy to please. But I unfortunately did not have a good stay at the Monte Carlo inn. The shuttle had me waiting for two hours at the airport. I could've caught a cab and been there faster. The room was small and cramped. Bed sheets had stains, as did the wash cloths in the bathroom. And I rather not even start with the staff. None of which listen to anything you ask or say.

Parking is terrible. Very tight and if you drive a truck be prepared to have dents on the side. The best was the shower good pressure and always hot.

There for my birthday have a wonderful time will definitely visit again tanks housekeeper Mercy there was a little issues with my bathroom and she did not irritate to take care of the problem

Stayed for the weekend. Great for a few days stay.

I love it will recommend it Awesome stay Love the attitude of the employees
