Hyatt Regency Toronto

Restaurant was sterile, small dinner menu. Breakfast was way over priced, even considered against other large cities. Room and hallways were dark. Room was, tiny, barely enough room for luggage at end of bed. Beds looked like two college dorm twins. I rented t rooms one had hair in the sink and on soap, left over. Pathetically overpriced.

The Hyatt Regency is located within walking distance to many area attractions, public transportation, and restaurants. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful with questions, directions, and reservations. We would definitely stay again.

excellent location near center of town. Very courteous and helpful staff. Parking was expensive so don't bring a car if you won't need it. Room was relatively small as was bathroom which had limited space for two guests.

Nice hotel. Plenty of restaurants right across the street.

Visited for a long weekend. Great location, lots of surrounding restaurants, walking distance to baseball stadium and train station. Clean and updated rooms.

This hotel was tremendous. Close to everything downtown. Staff was awesome. Front desk called our room to see if everything was OK five minutes after we checked in. Close to the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Excellent is very good for me and I recommend to my friends

The room needed a refrigerator, the cleaned was good but need a better room service. Ex: water, ice, etc.

Nice room layout. A little rough around the edges when you look closely. Friendly staff. Not a fan of the food options at the bar. Bottom line: perfectly fine hotel in a great location.

Fantastic! I was able to gain access to my room earlier than originally scheduled and the staff was very accommodating.

Great location. Room was small. We had a king bed which was great but everything else was small like the draw space and desk space. One chair in the room and very small bathroom. Well kept and clean.

The hotel is at a good location to places like CN Tower & Ripley's Aquarium. Room was big & clean. Friendly staff

Stayed for business. Room was very spacious (I had a sitting room outside the bedroom) and was well laid out. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Only critique was that the business center didn't have a stapler (but in all fairness, it was the middle of the night when I went and I didn't bother to ask at the front desk for one). This is definitely my new favorite Toronto hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt on King. The property is in a wonderful location, has extremely friendly and helpful staff and the property itself was clean and lovely. I will certainly stay there again.

Great Location and nicely updated Hotel. Our primary beef were the Dogs that barked non-stop when their owners left them during the days and evenings. After trying to get some sleep, we called the Front Desk and they said they hadn't received any complaints. We learned they were not truthful with us as they comp'd other guests on our floor - further from the Dogs - for their Breakfast Buffet. Clerk at Check-out also told the same falsehood to another guest that was checking out and complained about barking dogs. The Hotel should also disclose they allow Pets as we both struggle with Allergies and would have been quite ill if we were to be the next guests in Room 900 following the Dogs. Very poor Public Relations performance from the Manager Jose and the Check-out Clerk. Be truthful and take appropriate action for the greater good of the Hotel experience for the other Guests! Having expressed my frustrations and disappointments above, yes we would consider staying there again.

Very clean, stay very helpful, very good location.

Loved the hotel and the service. I would recommend

Most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on! Rooftop pool was heated with an amazing view of the cn tower and patio + bar to relax by the poolside! Amazing price for the location and all the amenities included. Very friendly hotel staff and guests. Perfect for night outs, family getaways and business stays!

Loved the location. A short walk from the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. A little longer walk to Air Canada Centre and the Hockey Hall of Fame, but a great location. Fun and friendly area. Staff was more than helpful and very nice.

I am so accustom to the Hilton chain that I forgot what it is like to have a different level of service. There was no free meals. No free parking - $32 a day. ..and my initial room which they changed me from didn't have a tub. Also the pool was closed and I expected to be closer to the water. Enough complaints...now for the raves. The staff was superior. The environment was phenomenal with waterfalls and everything. The food was good and the waitress was pleasant. The staff even assisted my husband with a birthday surprise. Top notch staff. The staff recommended Amicos pizza...best food ever...the lamb chops wonderful for $22. They close at 4am...and can deliver to room...after room service closes. Overall, the hotel is not bad if you aren't accustom to free breakfast, parking, etc. Very nice staff.
