This hotel Policy was not good
As per booking we checked in at 12pm and the staff knocked the door at 11’o clock in the mng did’t get chance to make us ready ☹️☹️
NO hot water, location very bad, nothing like website pictures.
rooms are spacious during my stay it rained a couple of days and the hotel parking lot and the reception area got flooded all the way to my knees .

This was the worst experience I ever had in an Hotel. Not recommended at all. First Night, the check in was long and when they finally got us the room, we started to use the jacuzzi, it worked for 10 min and then it stopped and didn't work again. at 11 pm, we has to go to the front door and they gave us a key for another room ( JACUZZI USE ONLY). WE WERE NEVER TOLD TO CHANGE THE ROOM. Next day we ask if the jacuzzi will be fixed at our room and they confirm. When we came back, we couldn't enter into our room. THE STAFF PLACE ALL OUR THINGS IN GARBAGE BAGS AND PUT IT IN ANOTHER ROOM WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, THEY NEVER CALLED OR EMAIL ME. They acted like they didn't matter and didn't want to provide any solution. WE LOST OUR MONEY THAT WERE HIDE IN OUR THINGS AND THE MANAGER WASN'T AVAILABLE AND THEY HAD A HORRIBLE ACTITUDDE.
very dirty property.Lots of illegal activities happen there,People selling drugs,Sex and other.toronto police raid that hotel in morning and arrest person with guns.
Very unsafe property i feel like there is something bad going on that hotel and after that in early morning toronto police come and arrest all people from one room because they have guns.very unsafe.Dont go their with family

It wasn't a pleasant stay. We booked the biggest room, but there was lots of footprints on the floor in the room when we checked in. Also, my foot got cut by a nail on the carpet. I don't understand why this thing will happen. We booked this hotel because they have a pool and gym. We got so disappointed when we realized both of them were closed. However, they never mentioned about it on the website.
Very angry with the treatment this hotel thinks will lead to satisfied customers. They are unqualified to be working in the hospitality industry.
Rude front desk staff that do not listen or care about the customer.
