Clean rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows, and excellent staff. Slightly older property showing some wear but very charming atmosphere. There is municipal parking nearby that is very reasonably priced. The pool and fitness center are also well maintained.

Clean room with the exception of the sink as sadly there was a missed hair. Honest mistake I'm sure. Nice room with 24h gym. Pool available although found the water a bit cold which is another reason why I rated good vs excellent. There are floaties available for the kids as well. Supper was expensive but delicious. Breakfast is available where you can check off the time you'd like it to be served etc at a reasonable price.

Upon arrival for check-in, the front desk staff were friendly and polite. However, they initially couldn’t locate my reservation due to a name issue. Eventually, after asking for the last four digits of my phone number, they were able to find it right away. It’s unclear why this step wasn’t taken from the start, it could have prevented unnecessary confusion and frustration.

heart of downtown, everything was walking distance. flexible check out, great amenities, kind staff. i recommend 10/10. we loved trying out Thali, the amphibus stop was near by, the police memorial service was right across the hotel, definitely booking again ❤️

Very good stay and very nice hotel. Clean and doesn’t stink. If you are a light sleeper the traffic will keep you up, it settles slightly between 3am to 6am. I had to sleep with earbuds, headphones and pink noise to drain out the traffic.
