No cons to write about. Pros: Great location, helpful and nice staff, great value for your money. The rooms had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We were only a couple, but this hotel would be great for a larger family. Easy to walk around Ottawa from this location. Had a pool and hot tub, but we didn't use it.

Service in all areas was top notch - from housekeeping, front desk, bellmen, restaurant - everyone was so kind and responsive. We will stay here again without hesitation. Location is great - walk to everything and if it's too far - take a cab. Didn't use our car at all. Great hotel!
