Hi, I would like to report an issue regarding my stay. The flush in the room provided to me is not working. When I contacted the staff to get it fixed, they gave me a pump and asked me to fix it myself, stating that no housekeeping staff was available. I was quite shocked by this response. This is not acceptable service for a hotel.
