No pool. Closed for scheduled maintenance. Not advised prior to booking. I complained and Expedia tried to get partial refund for me as I could have picked a cheaper place but I wanted the pool. Hotel refused. I'm extremely disappointed at their greed. Two stars bc the ladies at the counter were lovely and lent me their own charger for the night. That was going above and beyond. Too bad they work for such a miserly company

Nous avons réserver un hôtel avec piscine. Nous avons réalisé plus tard que leur piscine étais briser. FAUSSE PUBLICITÉS sur les sites de réservation qui indiquent que l'hôtel possèdent une piscine. Nous nous sommes fait lancer la balle par expedia et le best wester pendant plus de 14h nous disant que la chambre serais cancellé et qu'ils attendait simplement un couriel ou appele de expedia!! Expedia nous confirme que l'hôtel refuse de rembourser et l'hôtel nous disant l'inverse. Au final nous ne sommes toujours pas remboursé et nous n'avons jamais été à l'hôtel. LE GERANT 0 professionnel nous mentionne qu'il n'a pas besoin de nous dans son hôtel etc. Ils sont bon pour louer une chambre et récolter $$$, mais ne respectent pas leurs offres (piscine) et complique la vie lorsqu'il est temps de rembourser la chambre .

The listing on Expedia is in US dollars. This is not explained. There is something else wrong with the listing. When I go to confirm, it shows a ridiculously low number like $40 a night. Then the final bill seems to only take a minimum of two days. This was all happening yesterday. I ended up booking through the hotel out of frustration. I booked another hotel today on Expedia with no problem.
