Excellent stay. Kind staff and spotless room. Experience was 100x better than most of my US hotels stays.

At first it was a smooth speedy check-in, our first impression was that the room was small. We headed out to see the city, when we came back, there was NO parking spaces available. This place has a small and compact parking lot. We saw a small tour bus occupying 4 spaces and a big commercial pickup truck decided to park in two spots. We went inside to tell the young girl, and she rudely said the people across the street let us use their visitors parking spaces. Because there is two entrances, I asked which across the street, in the front or by the parking lot, she rudely says across the street, you'll see it. She clearly has never been in the parking lot because when we went in to park, we did not see visitor signs, we only saw resident or reserved. We parked on the street. We decided to do the 6 bucks credit when you choose not to have someone come in to clean, well.. When we asked for coffee for the next day, they wanted to charge us 2 bucks. The next interaction with staff, was on our departure, the man in front of us was complaining about his toilet, after him, we were next. As we were being checked out, This woman asks us our room number and rushes upstairs to see if we didn’t damage the room. It was RUDE, at least wait until we leave to check on damages. We DID NOT leave any damages. We asked if we can leave our luggage bc we had a 4pm flight, the girl, ignored our question twice and when asked for the 3rd, said no. The staff is RUDE
