The check in was easy, great service at the hotel reception and the room was clean. The biggest opportunity for improvement is the breakfast. It was ok if you just stay for one night. The eggs in particular tasted artificials, not sure it was real eggs. Also they could try to bring some variety from one day to the other (for example, they always offer beans and sausages). No fruits or cheese. Breakfast juices are also very artificials and made from high sugar concentrates.

staff had no idea how to deal with the guests.. room service just showed up once during all days of my stay, couldnt even get room slippers, one of the elevator was out of service for all the days , created long line ups to go to different floors, front end staff was was not interested in interacting with guests.. over all it was a poor poor experience, very disappinting

Our stay was excellent, room was spotless, staffs were friendly, and breakfast was good as well. No complaints except the pool was not in a great condition when we stayed it was too cold to swim. My toddler was expecting but all good. We'll definitely come back.
