Nous avons louer a la derniere minute et la proprietaire nous a accomoder avec un lit d'extra pour notre 4ieme enfant. La chambre etait tres propre et la salle de bain tres spacieuse avec une belle grande douche et une belle touche d'Eucalypsus pour un sentiment de spa. Nous avons adore notre experience. Je vous le recommende.

Bad experience. Stayed at room above restaurant, restaurant partied all night and left stereo on. Still on full blast at 7AM when we left. No sleep at all due to continuous bass beating. Unless the hotel and restaurant can sort this type of behavior out, I would not stay at British hotel. Got refund, but what I needed was sleep.

Unfortunately we had a mosquito infestation in the room, so bizard cause the room was so clean but full of mosquitos we killed maybe 20 or 30, they bite us so much they were full of blood that they stained the sheets pillow cases and towel ( we used towels to killed then ) no one answered until the next day. It was so late we had to stay we got some mosquito repellent

Amazing experience. Little issue with AC, however, they acted quickly and offered me a great #501 unit with beautiful view. Great customer service! Will be back shortly

Great place, very spacious. Easy to access. Close to many great places to eat and drink. We only stayed one night. If I had to make any suggestions I would say adding a hair dryer and a memory foam mattress topper, if not a better mattress. But otherwise really incredible place.

Notre arrivée a été compliquée : il n’y a pas d’ascenseur ni d’accès direct du bâtiment principal à la chambre. Nous avons dû sortir avec tous nos bagages pour entrer par l’entrée principale. Dès qu’on ouvre la porte de la chambre, une forte odeur d’humidité est très désagréable. La décoration est magnifique, mais les armoires où se trouvent la vaisselle dégagent une odeur terrible. La chambre du fond, qui est séparée, est très chaude et l’air climatisé ne s’y rend pas. Cela dit, les lits king sont très confortables et les draps ainsi que les serviettes étaient très propres. Our arrival experience was inconvenient: there is no elevator or direct access from the main building to the room. We had to exit the building with all our luggage and re-enter through the main entrance. As soon as you open the door to the room, the smell of humidity is overwhelming. The decor is beautiful, but the cabinets where the dishes are stored have a terrible odor. The back room, which is separate from the others, is extremely hot and the air conditioning doesn’t reach it. On the positive side, the king beds are very comfortable and the sheets and towels were very clean.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was clean and spacious and in a wonderful location by Pink Lake in Gatineau and just a 15min drive into downtown Ottawa. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions, and the hotel restaurant/bar was great!

We didn’t like the fact that the shower was not private. We also did not like that the air conditioning only affected one of the rooms. The TV was only for hooking up your own services to, no actual tv to watch. The coffee maker was set up in the extra room which was in an awkward area and it was a quirky nespresso machine. It was a challenge to get our luggage from the parking garage to our room, quite the maze.
