The gentleman named Peter, at the front desk, was a terrific help. His level of customer service is second to none. We have been staying at the Business Suites over the past few years and they always have friendly staff and the rooms are very well kept.

The hotel combines business and leisure together, the printer and computer in the room makes the hotel the best above the rest. I will always stay in the Business Inn whenever I am in Ottawa and will definitely recommend the hotel everytime. I must also mention the breakfast option, very nice and the option for the packed breakfast is class. Kudos to the Business Inn

I come to Ottawa quite often and always stay at The Business Inn. Where do I start with why it's great? Staff is really friendly and efficient, location is central so that I can walk everywhere downtown or access public transit, every suite is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen, and the free breakfast is better than anywhere I have ever stayed and I've stayed everywhere! Also very quiet and pillows are incredible! I usually travel with a water pillow for my neck but I don't need one here. That's how good they are. This hotel is a gem.
