The staff gave us our room early as we arrived by Via Rail before noon. So nice to be able to get things inside our room before our 130 tour started. Used the whirlpool after doing the boat cruise and were wet. Towels at the pool. Clean amd comfortable. Right in the center of all the attractions for kids at night and dining. Will do this again and stay here. Excellent staff.
