This is a budget-friendly family-run hotel that had everything I needed for a quick one-night stay. The room is showing its age a bit, but it was spotlessly clean, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was firm and comfortable. It's located right on Victoria Ave so there are many restaurants and stores nearby, and the Clifton Hill tourist area and the Falls are short walks away.

It was nice small place, close to everything, the only thing is that no refrigerator, if you stayed more than one day not good. Desk cleark ( lady) was very helpful. Parking not free and narrow space, not enough space, if you check in later, you have to park close by where you a meter , or pay per day. Location is great close to everything.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Victoria Motor Inn. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and easygoing from the receptionists to the housekeeping team. Everyone made us feel welcome and was always happy to help. The room was tiny but clean and comfortable, and one thing we especially appreciated was the excellent air conditioning. We visited during some very hot days, and it kept the room cool and comfortable, making our stay much more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality!
