I am willing to pay for a hotel but my expectations was higher The room was so far and the door was so close and there were people walking outaide I believe workers. My expectations to the hotel was the pictures and the reality was so different. When booking there were more choices and when in Niagara Falls i noticed that there were better hotels and a loser price

Be aware of additional costs. The room and pool were generally fine, but the restaurant was closed. They charged $45/night to park and $18/night for the WiFi and pool. I was at a hotel in downtown Toronto the day before with a significantly lower parking cost. The place was pretty empty which made the parking cost a bit egregious. Housekeeping and most desk staff was kind. Location is quick to the rest of town but immediately around the hotel was empty and closed shops and restaurants. Half the lot was gravel.

I enjoyed my stay immensely, the staff were very helpful and the room was so comfortable. The only issue I had was the pool area, not big enough for all the guest and an over whelming smell of chlorine. I did however feel that if you are paying for the room the parking should be included in the rate as an amenity.

So disappointed!

We stayed here 15 years ago. Hotel has really gone downhill. You pay for parking, room furnishings need updated, carpet dirty and there were only 8 tv channels. would not recommend to stay here.

Staff were not welcoming. Walked quite a distance to our room and the card didn't work. Had to walk all the way back to the front desk and then back to the room. Check out is 11: am but policy is they start knocking on doors at 9:00 am so don't have a late night.

When checking in the guy kept answering phone calls and then seemed really frazzled. Now we are dealing with billing issues after. Also there was over $100 in additional taxes that were not quoted initially.

The hallways were dirty. Having stairs going to 3rd floor made it hard to bring luggage to & from room. Wood siding was falling apart with birds nesting in it. We did like the outside patio.

Be careful with this property. It looks the price is descent, but when you check in, the parking cost an extra 45 dollars with no camera in the parking lot, and an extra 20 dollars resort fee. It is a scam
