Great Hotel, A little noisy.
The room was fresh and clean. The service was excellent. The only problem was Friday night. Youth running and yelling in the halls. Kids screaming and yelling in the pools until 11 pm. A call to security only encouraged the pre-teens to continue to run and then knock on doors, disturbing hotel patrons. We were in Niagara Falls for a funeral so if you're looking for rest, peace and quiet, this is not for you!

My family and I spent 2 peaceful nights at Ramada. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean . The only thing I did not like was the noise from the AC. It was very loud. However we enjoyed our stay😊

We read many poor reviews, but decided to still give the property a chance as the chain is reputable. However, there were serious deficiencies that were absolutely not addressed. The room was acceptable, but not clean. We actually found dirty underwear from a previous guest Wi-Fi did not work and that was really a dealbreaker as I was not able to do my work while we stayed. I had to go to Starbucks to use their Wi-Fi. I brought it to the hotels attention and they were not able to remedy it nor did they even respond after their first response. We expected a lot more, especially for the price point.

Meh. Carpet in the whole place (west bldg is older where we stayed) needs to be replaced desperately. Would not recommend walking around you room w/o slippers or flip flops or something. Son did and had jet black feet after 10 mins. Yuck. 3 pools were all cold. Good location, convenient and away from the touristy areas. It was ok overall, staff was nice. West blding was a bit of a winding maze of hallways.
