We had a comfortable stay and found the room to be quite roomy. It is a bit worn in areas and could use some updates. The only issue we had was getting hot water to work, we ran it for 5 minutes before getting even warm water. The breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice to see all the freshening up that was taking place in the main core, expect they will continue with the inner halls & rooms too. Very convenient to all we wanted to do in Niagara. This is essentially a three-star hotel, so it shouldn’t be compared to higher-end brands. That said, for what it is, the stay was comfortable. Within the three-star range, this property offers decent value, especially with its convenient location near major attractions. The included breakfast and free parking are definite positives. I booked the junior suite, which was a corner unit with a nice view. However, the listing showed a fireplace, and our suite did not have one. The hotel really needs to update its photos and be clearer in its communication so guests know exactly what they’re getting. The breakfast area and pool were cozy, and the atmosphere was pleasant overall. Still, the hotel could use some care and updates. The hallway carpets are worn, some wallpaper in the room was peeling, and the sofa bed needs to be replaced. The king bed, however, was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t outstanding, but it was adequate. Staff were generally polite, and for the price and convenience, the stay was reasonable for a three-star hotel.
