I booked the junior suite instead of a single room with two queen beds because the write up stated there was a SEPARATE living room area. The pictures also suggested there was a bedroom and separate area with a pull out couch. What we got was one large room. I complained as soon as we got there and asked to be changed to a room with two queen beds due to the misrepresentation and they could not or would not accomodate. I learned a lesson that you can't trust the write ups on the hotel websites. Beware. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was minimal but the area is very expensive so it is a nice feature. They had a microwave in a cubby under the area where you got your coffee. This was a silly place for it. To use it you had to squeeze in between people trying to get their cup of joe in the am. We mentioned it to the staff. I got the feeling that they politely listen to complaints but didn't really take anything too seriously because they knew you were just passing thru. They seem to get plenty of business from tour groups. Probably because of the breakfast. Btw. The hot tub was out of order and the pool looked like it was not properly cleaned. There was maintenance tape around the area. We didn't bother inquiring. It looked unappealing. Niagara Falls is a beautiful natural phenomenon that has been commercialized to the max. Too bad.

For what I ended up paying I would say it was decent. The room was nice, your standard comfy hotel bed but the shower and TV were quite small and the TV had smear marks on it. The WIFI was surprisingly decent, I never ran into any problems streaming video or uploading pictures. The free breakfast is lackluster, basically you have a choice of do-it-yourself waffles, or ham and eggs (but the ham was cold and the eggs were pretty gross). The waffles weren't actually that bad but for that to be your only choice is disappointing. I did enjoy the unlimited 2% milk as I drink a ton of the stuff! The pool is pretty small in comparison to other hotels I've stayed at and if you're an adult then don't even think about going as you have about 5-10 screaming kids in there all hours. And the pool closes at 10. Why so early? Maybe leave it open till 11 or 12 and only for adults so they can enjoy some peace and quiet. And don't even get me started on the sauna. The floor boards literally move up and down as you walk on them and the room is so small and riddled with writing on the walls that I couldn't enjoy the relaxing heat. What upset me most was that the whirlpool was out of service. I was never notified of this prior to my stay and when I asked the front desk when it would be available they basically grunted and said "we don't know." I was really looking forward to a nice, relaxing hot tub but for them to not even notify guests is quite upsetting. I would go back but only if it was cheap

The people are very nice. The facilitty very clean, the food is fine, close to everything

Convenient without being right on the unbelievably tacky and noisy main drag. Place was good for large groups of kids or elders on gambling junkets but in need of a refresh. Carpets and rooms are getting little threadbare.

Good hotel, the breakfast is good, the room needs more amenities (no fridge or microwave, the wifi is weak, the reception staff need more training on courtesy and smiling!!

Have breakfast included help a lot you can walk to everything ,staff pretty friendly , pool is to small

A nice hotel for the price Everything important a walking distance

Based on price its a steal. Great location with free parking and free breakfast, i'd do it again for sure

Awesome stay. Close to everything that you need to see and visit in Niagara

Included breakfast buffet was great!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed in this hotel twice now and will definitely booksellers if our Niagara Falls trips here!

The hotel just wasn't nice. The decor was dated, the rooms felt old and dark.... just nothing special. Our shower curtain had holes all over it and there were hairs in the shower. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall in one spot, too. Other than the quality: Staff was nice. Great location within walking distance of pretty much any attraction. Happy for the free breakfast, wifi and parking!

The only downside to our room was the fireplace did not work and they did not offer room service. Other than that, it was clean and spacious and walking distance to Niagara Falls.

The room is not so clean.old hotel needs renovation very cheap looking.I felt I paid more than I received. Not so clean

This hotel is a great place the stay and with only one exception (mentioned below) our stay was perfect. The Positives: Free Parking, very welcoming front desk staff, easy check-in, clean room, free wi-fi, free (and good!) breakfast, indoor pool and Jacuzzi, hotel in a walkable area, Niagara Falls and accompanying attractions nearby. The Negatives: No microwave and fridge in room. Somewhat outdated interior. The only true negative about staying here was when we discovered we had no microwave in our room and my wife went looking for some hot water to heat up our six-year-old son's Mac & Cheese lunch so he could eat before we all went out. When she asked the front desk staff where she could get some hot water, they were a little dismissive and said they "didn't have any hot water." When she asked if there was a bathroom where she could get some from the tap, they said "no, you'd need a key." When she asked if her room key would work, they all of a sudden realized she was a guest of the hotel and proceeded to help her. A better thing to have done would have been to ask her right away if she were a guest instead of assuming she was a tramping tourist. And really, who refuses to help a woman feed her child when all she needs is hot water? Anyway, that one little thing notwithstanding, we had a good stay and would return.

We have stayed here before and had great experiences. This time our room smelled like feet and the bathroom sink kept backing up. We didn't complain because we were only there overnight and did not spend a lot of time in the room.

Great hote for the price. Had zero complaints the whole time we were there. Hotel does need updating but still very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Pictures are nothing like the real deal. Room was smelly they aerated and still smelly only then they suggested a room change and the other was the same.. Even the hallways smelled just a terrible place to stay avoid this place run for the hills

Very friendlt staff.Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

Nice hotel, nice staff, close to the falls and everything else Niagara Falls-Canada side has to offer (entertainment, bars, restaurants, night life). Very nice. Hotel was nice but room had a funny smell when we first walked in. Beds were nice and comfortable We had a nice view towards the falls (Not a view of the falls) and were able to watch the fireworks on the first night in town. The courtesy breakfast at the hotel was nice, not just a continental breakfast, it had a variety of good stuff, from scrambled eggs to omelets, from toast to bagels or English muffins, from ham to sausage patties, from self-made pancakes to waffles, coffee, tea and juices. It was real good!!!

Room was clean but rip in curtain lining, bed skirt torn, and Jacuzzi suite run where jets did not work. Comfortable and quiet though. More seating needed for free breakfast spot.
