Aside from the carpet in the room, the room was clean. The air conditioner did a good job. The pool hours were kind of a bummer. The pool (very small) doesn't open each day until 10am. My kids are up and ready to swim long before that! The location of the hotel is a manageable walk to the falls. We had an awesome view of the evening fireworks from outside our hotel window. The staff was pleasant. The morning breakfast was okay-- toast, bagels, three options of cereal, reheated frozen egg circles, round sausage patties, juice (apple, orange, or cranberry), coffee, and tea. I would stay again.

The room was ok if you will just go to take a shower and sleep. The building needs renovation is old and the carpet on the hallway stinks. When you go to check in it smells like chlorine the pool is on the same floor also need to have better breakfast options. I stayed 2 nights. Checked in left my luggage and walked to the Clifton and it was like 5 minutes from falls so it was good location.
