It is old and outdated, and smells like Fritos and chlorine, however is clean and staffed by very friendly and helpful individuals. It is a fantastic value for it’s price and location. Would recommend and would stay here again.

The breakfast area was huge and the offerings were pretty typical. Sausage, scrambled egg rounds, oatmeal, waffles for the hot items and yogurt, fruit, cereal, English muffins, toast and muffins. They had 3 waffle makers so that helped speed people along. Rooms were ok, nothing over the top, just a crash pad which was all we needed. Our view from the 4th floor (432) was of the Ferris wheel. We could see some of the mist from the falls and some of the fireworks. I imagine the 5th and 6th floors had a pretty good view. While it would have been nice to have a room with an amazing view of the falls, we went there to see it up close, not from a room, so paying out the nose for that wasn’t really worth it to us. Maybe in the winter. The gift shop has nice, fairly priced souvenirs and clothing. Parking was free and we walked as most everything was close. We did drive to the White Water Walk from here, but parking was inexpensive.

Great location, but but hotel really dated. Breakfast wss ok. Overall it's ok for the money.

The property was rundown like was expressed by some other reviewers. The breakfast was outrageous. I can't say I've ever seen such a rude group of people. While standing in line to make a waffle a woman said excuse me to grab a plate (I thought) and then stepped in front of me to make a waffle. People were loading up on way more food than they could eat. One girl waiting to get fruit found only a few scraps while a man loaded up 3 plates full, took them back to his table and just put them aside (to, I guess, eat later). This is in no way reflective on the hotel but I saw what people would do if there was a food shortage. Very sad.

For the price it was ok. But need some serious renovations.

The room was in need of some repairs. Overall though it was a very nice day.

Close to Clifton Hill entertainment area, would have been a 5 if i did not find molds in the breakfast bread that was served.

Outdated hotel. Lack of ramp for wheelchair or stroller

Breakfast buffet was great and parking was free and location was excellent...walk to everything

Everything was fine. I enjoyed my stay. Would have like a refrigerator in the room.

This place was so dirty! It looks like a cool hotel in the pictures to stay at but nasty. The staff didn't even know how to charge up our key cards to get into rooms. While we were standing there, there were three people that came up to the front desk that couldn't get into their rooms... including us 10 minutes later. The breakfast in the morning, you have to wait in line to get your food for a long time. It takes forever for staff to replenish the food, maybe they want to save it for the following day? The pool area was small and the hot tub was broken. The hotel smelled awful.

The property was close to Clifton Hill but it was run down and dirty

The only thing about this hotel was that it had free parking and was a walking distance to the Falls. The hotel is very olld. The windows were dirty and the carpet in our room were torn

Nice room and a great location. Would highly recommend this property!

Stuff was really nice. Location is good. Free parking is good. The only thing is that the hotel is outstanding. They need to spend some money for renovations . Everything else is good
