Included breakfast buffet was great!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed in this hotel twice now and will definitely booksellers if our Niagara Falls trips here!

The hotel just wasn't nice. The decor was dated, the rooms felt old and dark.... just nothing special. Our shower curtain had holes all over it and there were hairs in the shower. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall in one spot, too. Other than the quality: Staff was nice. Great location within walking distance of pretty much any attraction. Happy for the free breakfast, wifi and parking!

The only downside to our room was the fireplace did not work and they did not offer room service. Other than that, it was clean and spacious and walking distance to Niagara Falls.

The room is not so clean.old hotel needs renovation very cheap looking.I felt I paid more than I received. Not so clean

This hotel is a great place the stay and with only one exception (mentioned below) our stay was perfect. The Positives: Free Parking, very welcoming front desk staff, easy check-in, clean room, free wi-fi, free (and good!) breakfast, indoor pool and Jacuzzi, hotel in a walkable area, Niagara Falls and accompanying attractions nearby. The Negatives: No microwave and fridge in room. Somewhat outdated interior. The only true negative about staying here was when we discovered we had no microwave in our room and my wife went looking for some hot water to heat up our six-year-old son's Mac & Cheese lunch so he could eat before we all went out. When she asked the front desk staff where she could get some hot water, they were a little dismissive and said they "didn't have any hot water." When she asked if there was a bathroom where she could get some from the tap, they said "no, you'd need a key." When she asked if her room key would work, they all of a sudden realized she was a guest of the hotel and proceeded to help her. A better thing to have done would have been to ask her right away if she were a guest instead of assuming she was a tramping tourist. And really, who refuses to help a woman feed her child when all she needs is hot water? Anyway, that one little thing notwithstanding, we had a good stay and would return.

We have stayed here before and had great experiences. This time our room smelled like feet and the bathroom sink kept backing up. We didn't complain because we were only there overnight and did not spend a lot of time in the room.

Great hote for the price. Had zero complaints the whole time we were there. Hotel does need updating but still very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Pictures are nothing like the real deal. Room was smelly they aerated and still smelly only then they suggested a room change and the other was the same.. Even the hallways smelled just a terrible place to stay avoid this place run for the hills

Very friendlt staff.Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

Nice hotel, nice staff, close to the falls and everything else Niagara Falls-Canada side has to offer (entertainment, bars, restaurants, night life). Very nice. Hotel was nice but room had a funny smell when we first walked in. Beds were nice and comfortable We had a nice view towards the falls (Not a view of the falls) and were able to watch the fireworks on the first night in town. The courtesy breakfast at the hotel was nice, not just a continental breakfast, it had a variety of good stuff, from scrambled eggs to omelets, from toast to bagels or English muffins, from ham to sausage patties, from self-made pancakes to waffles, coffee, tea and juices. It was real good!!!

Room was clean but rip in curtain lining, bed skirt torn, and Jacuzzi suite run where jets did not work. Comfortable and quiet though. More seating needed for free breakfast spot.

The room was nice, however there was a very strong cleaning smell that force us to keep the ventilation fans going full time. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with any questions or assistance we required.

This hotel is located within walking distance to the falls as well as the great venues. We loved the breakfast there too!

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the Falls, restaurants, and all other major tourist attractions. Large, clean rooms. Free parking in the back lot.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room clean and temperature was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and plenty of seating. We were disappointed in the size of the pool but would be great for families with small children. The distance to the falls was misleading but the walk to the Horseshoe Falls is certainly doable. We would come back.

Location was great, walking distance of the falls. Parking was convenient. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was ok, comfortable and clean enough.

We really liked the room. Very comfortable bed. Great value for the money we paid.

A very pleasant hotel in a very convenient location. Our room provided a view of downtown, which was well within walking distance. As are the falls. It provided the amenities I required - free parking and wifi. There is also a decent free breakfast. Seemed a bit dated, but the price was right. There was a heart shaped hot tub in our room. Cheesy, but we enjoyed using nonetheless! There is also a pool in the lobby. Great for families and couples alike!

Hotel was perfect for our family trip. Great location, easy walking distance to attractions and nightlife. Ample convenient parking. As other reviews mentioned, the breakfast area is quite busy but we found a table easily in the adjoining outside patio. Staff was working hard to keep the breakfast area well stocked so we didn't miss out on anything that they offered. Front desk staff was very helpful on arrival and the free parking before and after check in was appreciated.

Ceilings are very low and shower not ideal for anyone over 6 feet tall. My husband and kids are 6'2 to 6'4. They had to be cautious of sprinkler heads in the hallways. Hotel is dated, but clean. We had to slam our door to get it to latch properly. When we first arrived at our room, the door was not latched and anyone could have entered. Hotel located close to the blue bus line. Park your car and buy a bus pass to get around. Bus service is clean & friendly. Wish the room would have had a mini fridge, microwave and safe. We traveled from the USA and didn't have a place to lock our passports.
