The room was a little dirty, cobwebs and hair in the toilet. All the indoor hallways were freezing cause the security doors were left open (in winter). The pool area was dirty with a lot of hair balls, the pool bathroom was worse. The inside of the pool was also dirty, the hot tub was cloudy. The front desk lady hardly spoke English. There isnt enough parking for the hotel paying guest (overflow parking is behind the building in another parking lot (far to walk with luggage - non-paying guest should park in overflow parking not paying guest). Was given a joined room without notice. We my guest and I went down for breakfast at 8am (which is when it starts 8am to 11am) there was no Hot food left, only bread that had been left out over night not wrapped up. Overall bad experience and will never get another room here. The only upside is that its across the street from the casino with easy access to the casino. 1 star... Do better people..

Clean room with great location, but serious safety and maintenance concerns I stayed at the Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade on Dec 27 and was placed in the Tower area. While the room was clean and the location is excellent for accessing the Falls, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The room is in need of some repair, specifically regarding the electrical outlets. One of the outlets was open/exposed, and I actually received a small electric shock/static discharge when trying to turn on the fan. This is a safety concern that needs to be addressed immediately. Regarding the breakfast: It was okay, but the replenishment service was lacking. When I arrived, there was only one piece of fruit left (a molded orange), and despite staying for the duration of my meal, the items were never refilled. Overall, it’s a decent spot for the price and location, but the hotel needs to step up its maintenance and breakfast management.

The reception was ok. Rooms were ok had to wait a little to get the towels. The worst part was they did not clean the ice and snow . it was difficult to walk around with my wife who had gone through knee surgeries. They could have given us rooms near the food area so that we did not have to walk in snow and ice AND there was no enough parking.

The details of the room said we had a balcony. When we arrived the lady told us there were no more of those rooms left. We explained that is what we booked. If we were not getting the room we booked I would have never stayed at this hotel. Very bad service. Don’t put in the details whe your booking you are getting a balcony when instead your getting a room inside a stairwell that feels like You’re going into a janitors closet. Very unhappy

I am writing to summarize the concerns regarding my stay at your hotel from December 24 to December 26, 2025. After checking in on the evening of December 24 and returning to our room around 3:00 a.m., the toilet overflowed upon first use, flooding the bathroom and part of the room. Our shoes, luggage, and personal belongings were soaked in toilet water, creating an unhygienic and distressing situation. Despite contacting the front desk immediately, no maintenance support was available due to Christmas Eve. A front desk associate attempted to assist, but the issue could not be resolved, leaving us without access to the bathroom in our room throughout the night and forcing us to use the restroom at the reception area. The issue was only addressed the following morning, by which time the room had an unpleasant odor and was unsuitable for rest. We were also delayed for prior morning commitments. I was advised to email the manager, which I did, but have received no response to date, reflecting a lack of follow-up and accountability. This experience significantly impacted our stay and fell well below reasonable expectations of hygiene, safety, and guest care.

I feel as per the price it is very cheap. We booked room at 6th floor and balcony view was nice. Parking is also included and breakfast was good too. But still there are many things which can be improved, first this hotel is too small. They sale even water for $2 cash. Also, there was no mat, bathroom slippers. There was no water to make coffee or tea. Location was good, it is very close to all the attractions.
