Common areas (hallways) very poor, lights out in area near elevator
Great location in walking distance to the falls. The only reason for not rating it 5 stars is because the too high price for nearly $300 per night now.
Deficiente en limpieza, telas de araña en el cuarto. Personal de recepción no tan amable. Olores raros en distintas partes del hotel. Desayuno estaba ok, y el personal fue muy proactivo, amable y servicial. En general es una propiedad antigua y sin renovación. Se ve el deterioro.
Overall room had cobwebs, hairs in bathroom, bugs in lights, floor unswept with grit, and we were going to live with all that, but after asking front desk for towels, and they could barely find any, and room didn't come with any, took shower, and ants were all over the bed, and down inside my laptop crawling out on my lap.

The bathroom was Disgusting. The shower curtain was torn and hadn’t been changed or washed in a very long time. The shower curtain stank so bad. The walls were so filthy. The toilet clogged and when it was unclogged by the workers they left the floor soaking wet and didn’t clean it up. So disgusting. Very disappointed. The pool was so dirty. There is a black ring on the side walls of the pool which shows it is t cleaned. It didn’t even smell like chlorine.
We did not get in our room till 6pm they told me the cleaner went home sick when we did go in that room it was not clean there was pee on bathroom floor hair all over dust on lamps and pictures the phone I called to complain was dirty floor was never clean it was bad I went down stairs to to discuss this matter they had one of the desk clerk to clean I told him never mine I want my money back if everything was dirty the bed was also
