Excellent experience. We were hesitant not staying on the main strip but this was so worth it! Such a short walk to all the main attractions - it was perfect. We will definitely book again. Staff were friendly, professional, and so welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was such a nice touch too.

Employees are very nice. It's very clean. Fun getting breakfast in bed daily. Just wish they didn't charge you to park a car. I feel like if you're paying to stay there you should be able to park for free.

The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We really enjoyed the breakfast brought to our room every morning and the staff were so pleasant and helpful. The hotel is just off the heavily trafficked area of town yet so close to everything. We were able to walk to the falls and all the arcades. We would definitely stay again.

The breakfast in bed was nice and Peter from the reception was very nice when we arrived late at night. The hot tub in the room looked also really good, but we did not have time to use it. It’s very close to all the attractions.

The staff was warm and accommodating from check-in to check-out. I asked if we could park our car before checking in to do some sightseeing, and the staff exceeded my expectations. We were informed we could check in an hour early, and our room was ready! The included breakfast in bed was MUCH better than your usual continental. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Clifton Hill and other attractions. We will 100% be returning and will share our experience with friends and family.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. The only thing I thought was a little strange was we were charged $18 a day to park in the parking lot of the hotel we were staying in which we were told about when he checked in. And being new to visiting this town, I felt I had no choice but to do it and realized after walking around for a bit, there are many five dollars a day options literally across the street in a couple different directions of this hotel.
