This place was exactly what we wanted and needed. It is winter, so it was warm, inviting, and not crowded. The room was huge, the bed was comfy, the steam shower was an excellent addition! So much space and a great price. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! Fresh egg dish, pasteries etc! A room that size in nyc would cost you $1000 a night! Stay here! Your off the main tourist area but close enough to drive or Uber! You can walk less than ten minutes to the Skywheel and Clinton hill! Have dinner at AG!

Loved the size of the room and the nice comfortable bed

Nice property out of all the noise but still close to all the attractions. Lovely room and lovely staff

The inn was clean, well decorated and the staff was helpful and attentive.

The rooms were large and spacious and it was perfect for a couples weekend getaway! Very clean, staff was very nice, and breakfast was delievered to your room every morning.

We picked this hotel because of the spa offered a couples massage at a reasonable rate. We received an upgrade to our room, free drinks in the bar and a discount on a really nice, intimate dinner, and complementary "breakfast in bed" because of our frequent use of Orbitz when we travel. The "room" turned out to be a suite, (larger than our son's apartment) complete with large two person jetted hot tub, four head shower and fireplace. The room card offered to replace the bed if we didn't like it!! These guys went all out. The staff was friendly without being familiar. the food was great, the place was quiet and everything was squeaky clean. We were able to take a 3 or 4 minute walk to the Sky Wheel (giant Ferris wheel) and Clifton Hill. What a wonderful 38th wedding anniversary!!

The rooms and hotel were beautiful!!! It felt like an apartment and the room was set back from the hall which made it quiet. We had a jacuzzi room. We were disappointed to find that the jets didn’t work, but we still loved the room and the hotel overall. The breakfast delivered to the room is a great touch! Great location and walking distance to lots of Niagara Falls attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back ourselves!!

Staff was friendlyl and very helpful rooms very clean and hotel was in walking distance to most attention's would definitely recommend

We had both the deluxe and king suite during our stay so experienced both. There was a slight issue that caused us to switch rooms due to a water problem and the management handled it very well. The rooms were generous in size and bathrooms were nice. Steam shower over the whirlpool tub in my opinion(since we experienced both). We would stay here again. That being said, a couple things could be improved. The linens(towels, sheets, etc.) had stains, they were clean but stained. I think it is time to replace the linens. The mattress in our first room was very comfortable and obviously newer. The mattress in the second room was definitely "broken in" and ready to be replaced. It was hard to tell when and if houskeeping was going to do our room. We left early one day and left a tip for house keeping. We returned at 3pm, the tip was gone, but the room was not serviced. We just called down for more towels and toiletries. Other than those minor things we loved our stay and again would return.

Great stay! Hotel is within walking distance of the falls. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Large room, large dated balcony for smoking. No rug, a little rough on feet. The room was exceptional with a nice fire place and bar sink area. Large windows and super comfy beds. Will be back. Free parking would be nice instead of $15 since capacity was only 10%. $10 overnight parking available across the street.

The room was excellent and the restaurant was fabulous. Hotel staff were very helpful. Thank you, I enjoyed my stay. Roxanne
